The goal of the Leaders Club is simple: bring together executives and leaders from DSOs, dental groups, and larger solo practices to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another in a candid, peer-to-peer environment.
This community is specifically for leaders who work for or run DSOs, dental groups, and large practices. Vendors and industry suppliers are not eligible for membership.
We will hold two virtual meetings in 2026 before moving to a monthly cadence in 2027. Each meeting will be held via Zoom and last approximately one hour.
Our meetings will be highly collaborative. Topics may include:
- Challenges your organization is currently facing
- Successes and lessons learned
- Operational and leadership best practices
- Benchmarking and industry trends
- Growth strategies and organizational priorities
- Peer-to-peer questions and problem solving
Some meetings will have a specific topic or area of focus, and from time to time we may invite a guest speaker or industry expert to provide a short presentation or lead a discussion.
Above all, we want this to be a community where leaders can build meaningful relationships with their peers and have open conversations about what is—and isn’t—working within their organizations.
There is no cost to join the Group Dentistry Leaders Club. We simply ask members to participate. That means joining the conversation, asking questions, sharing experiences, and being willing to help answer questions from fellow members.
