TUSK Practice Sales advised Main Line Periodontics & Dental Implants in its sale to Dental365.
Innovate 32, a newly launched dental services organization (DSO) based in Nashville, Tennessee, entered the market in 2024 through a strategic partnership with Dr. Clint Newman’s practices: Gulch Dental Studio and Dental Haus Germantown. Now, the DSO has announced a new partnership with Fort Bend Dental (FBD), a dental group with five locations in the Houston, Texas area. These include:
- Missouri City
- Grand Parkway (Richmond)
- Rosenberg
- Aliana (Sugar Land area)
- Sugar Land (City Walk)

PDS Health added six new dental practices in June. The integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states.

- Downtown Long Beach Dentistry in Long Beach, California.
- Dentists of Nampa in Nampa, Idaho.

Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry, a network of specialty dental practices announced the acquisition of Main Line Periodontics & Dental Implants located in Bryn Mawr, the heart of Pennsylvania’s Main Line region. Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry is part of the Dental365 family.
Heartland Dental collaborated to open five de novos across four states, expanding the company’s support to doctors in high need communities:
- Lodge Dental Care – Colorado
- Dental Care at Reed’s Crossing – Oregon
- Vista Trail Dental Care – Texas
- Dental Care at Johns Lake – Florida
- Budaful Dental Care – Texas
Mond announced that it will take over Benedenti. Mond is part of the European Dental Group (EDG), which is owned by the Swedish investment fund Nordic Capital.
Benedenti was founded in 1985 as a private dental practice by Rik Claes and his wife Griet Luyten. Until now, the company had 9 practices with 98 treatment chairs. The Claes family was the main shareholder. In 2023, the chain accounted for a turnover of almost 27 million euros and a gross operating profit of almost 4 million. Before the acquisition, Mond had 17 practices with 99 treatment chairs and 3 labs – financial details about the Belgian activities are not known.
Together, Mond and Benedenti account for 26 dental practices and almost 200 treatment chairs. The new group will have 233 dentists and dental hygienists and a total of 259 employees. Benedenti will be led by Lies Cabooter, the current CEO of Mond.

OMS360 announced its expansion into Central Florida through a new partnership with Winter Haven Oral Surgery, an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. Winter Haven Oral Surgery is led by Rigo Cornejo, DMD, MD. With the addition of Winter Haven Oral Surgery, OMS360’s partner network now spans across the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
Rock Dental Brands announced the following acquisitions:
- Westrock Orthodontics in Bentonville (two locations), led by Dr. Darren Hallums
- Westrock Orthodontics in Springdale, led by Dr. Rodney Lewis
- Leap Kids Dental in Kansas City & Raymore, MO, led by Dr. Nona Aryan
Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics opened their newest office in Westminster, CO. Rodeo, known for its fun-filled pediatric experience has locations throughout Arizona, Texas and Colorado.
Shared Practice Group opened Viriginia Beach Dentures and Implants. The growing group has 38+ locations.
Silver Creek Dental Partners welcomed:
- Distinctive Dentistry of San Diego, led by Dr. Robert Bey and Dr. Gloria Tengonciang
- San Elijo Dental, San Marcos, CA, led by Dr. Karina Gregg
Imagen Dental Partners announced the following acquisitions:
- Medical Center Dental in Houston, TX, led by Dr. Dale J. Brant (new state)
- Friedman Family and Cosmetic Dentistry in Westfield, IN, led by Dr. Jody Friedman
Specialized Dental Partners opened a new location in Franklin, TN. They also welcomed Premier Endodontic Associates which is led by Dr. Brian Wardell, Dr. Bruna Burgener, and Dr. Aurelia Vanderburg.
Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has announced the sale of The Bank Dental Practice in Manchester. The Bank is a long-established, five-surgery private dental practice.
