Park Dental Partners, Inc. announced that it has successfully closed its initial public offering of 1,535,000 shares of common stock at $13.00 per share. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on December 3, 2025 under the ticker symbol “PARK.” Read more about the IPO HERE.

Imagen Dental Partners welcomed:

• Alexander Dental, led by Dr. James Alexander, located in St. Augustine, Florida
• Prestige Dentistry, led by Dr. Jason Horwitz and Dr. David Pielak, two locations in Trinity and Palm Harbor, Florida
•  Gresham Smile Designs, led by Dr. Matthew Vogel, located in Gresham, Oregon

Guardian Dentistry Partners announced the following new partnerships:

U.S. Oral Surgery Management has formalized a new partnership with Northern Virginia Oral, Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery.  Northern VA OMS has three locations: Alexandria, Reston, and Burke, Virginia. Their led surgeons include Amir Naimi, DDS; Pedram Yaghmai, DDS, MD; Amro Shihabi, DMD, MD, FACS; and Hadi Ansari, DMD.

Nuvia Dental Implant Center opened two new locations:

• Fremont, California
• Harrison, NY

SALT Dental Partners welcomed Kirby Nelson Orthodontics, with two locations in Maple Valley, WA and Enumclaw, WA.

Shared Practices Group announced:

• Grand opening of South Jersey Dentures and Implants, led by Dr. Mila Abramov, located in Voorhees, NJ
• Grand opening of Summerville Dentures and Implants, led by Dr. Joseph Solinger, located in Summerville, SC

Lone Peak Dental Group welcomed Deborah A. Ashcraft, D.M.D., P.C., Pediatric Dentistry in North Augusta, SC. This acquisition expands their South Carolina footprint to 10 pediatric practices.

Allied OMS acquired Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Central New Jersey, led by Sean Bradley, DMD, and Jonathon Sasportas, DMD, MD. With established locations in Princeton Junction and Mercerville, this partnership marks Allied OMS’s official entry into the state of New Jersey and further strengthens its growing presence along the East Coast.

Studio Dental, which is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, is now officially partnered with 123Dentist. Studio Dental also opened their seventh location a few weeks ago.

St Ives Dental Group, located on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, has officially joined the Impression Dental Group network, a growing Australian dental group.

Dental Care Ireland welcomed their fifth practice in 2025 and their fourth practice in Cork. They now have 38 practices across four provinces nationwide.
