Here is December’s DSO People list:

Katie Robinson joined Cook Dental Group as their Director of Operations. She spent the past seven years at Lightwave Dental, starting as a practice manager and exiting as their Director of Business Operations. Cook has locations across Virginia.

Jeff Komoroski joined beBright as Chief Financial Officer. Jeff has spent the last 12 years in executive leadership roles within high-growth, multi-location healthcare groups, including serving as CFO for a 300+ location urgent care organization and a 45-location primary/immediate care group. The new CFO will advance financial strategy and support POP model expansion.

Eastern Dental welcomed Andrew Clark as their new Vice President of Growth. Eastern is headquartered in Avenel, New Jersey and has 20+ locations throughout the state.

After 20 with Peak Dental Services, Nicole Cordova left the DSO for Advanced Dental Brands, where she will hold the position of Director of Facilities and Procurement. Advanced Dental Brands represents, owns and manages over 50+ dental practices across New England.

Kyle J. Clay was promoted to CEO at beBright. He previously served as their COO for nearly a year. Prior to that he was COO at Mosaic Dental Collective where he served around the same amount of time

Rogier Nelissen has been promoted from COO to CEO of Colosseum Dental Benelux. He has taken over for Jarkko Jokinen. His leadership skills and insight into the market will be essential to further strengthen the positioning and growth in the Dutch and Belgian markets.


Nelissen will be succeeded as COO by Paul Rutten, who has served as Regional Manager in Brabant and Limburg in recent years.

Imagen Dental Partners welcomed Samantha Adams as its new Chief Operating Officer. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across multiple healthcare verticals, Adams brings deep expertise in scaling operations, driving performance, and leading teams through periods of growth and transformation. She most recently led a healthcare consulting firm, advising CEOs on strategy, restructuring, and organizational execution. Prior to that, she held senior roles at Pacific Dental Services, where she built expertise in regional management, new market operations, and training and development.

Joseph Gordon Cleveland was promoted to Vice President at Smile Doctors. He has held various marketing positions at the DSO over the past four+ years. Smile Doctors, LLC, is the largest ortho-focused dental support organization (OSO) in the U.S. with more than 560 locations in 36 states.

ADSO CEO Andrew Smith was named to The Hill’s “Top Lobbyists” for the fourth year in a row. Each year, The Hill spotlights leaders shaping policy and driving results in our nation’s capital. The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO) is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 40 member companies and more than 100 industry partners.

Tricia Nardi joined P1 Dental Partners as their Senior Director of Operations-Specialty. Prior to this position, Tricia worked for six years for Bright Direction Dental in operations, training and recruitment. She has also worked for Grand Dental Group and Dental Team Finder.

Josh Muir exited Diagnocat and stepped into the role of Director of Operations, GP Practices at Canadian Dental Services Corporation. Based in Toronto, Ontario, the DSO has 36+ locations.

Angelique Swann has joined Dental Care Alliance as their Director of Provider Training and Development. In this role, Angelique will lead the development and delivery of clinical programs that support DCA-affiliated providers. Angelique brings extensive experience in dental instructional design through her work with ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Nobel Biocare, and The Straumann Group. Her background spans manufacturers, DSOs, and private practices across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Sarasota, FL, Dental Care Alliance supports more than 400 affiliated dental practices in 24 states.

Sonrava Health welcomed Belinda Wade as their new Talent Acquisition Clinical Doctor Recruiter.
