The dental support organization (DSO) ndustry continues to see movement across leadership, operations, and clinical teams as organizations expand and professionals step into new opportunities. Here are several notable people moves across the DSO and dental group landscape for the month of February.
Imagen Dental Partners
Luis Miguel Mata has joined Imagen Dental Partners as Vice President of Learning and Development. Mata most recently served as Director of Learning and Development at Heartland Dental.
Judi Golyer has joined Imagen Dental Partners as Director of Partner Development, supporting affiliated dentists and practice growth initiatives.
Robert Kosmrlj has joined Imagen Dental Partners as Vice President of Operations, bringing operational leadership experience within the DSO sector.
Angela Niccum has joined Imagen Dental Partners as Regional Operations Manager, overseeing practice operations and team performance across multiple locations.
Passion Dental (Formerly New England Family Dentistry)
Dr. Jessica Raber has joined the group as their Chief Clinical Officer. Dr. Raber brings more than 13 years of clinical experience to Passion Dental. Her career began in New England after graduating from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2013. She later partnered with PDS Health to help found and scale a 52-office region while also building and leading a 24-operatory multi-specialty startup. This experience strengthened her belief that great dentistry is built on strong systems, collaborative teams, and a commitment to continuous learning. Dr. Raber is passionate about restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as digital dentistry, 3D printing, and advancing access to care through innovation and education.
Guardian Dentistry Partners
Howard Lindholm, Ph.D. has been promoted to Senior Director of Clinical Education from Director Clinical Education. He was previously the Director of Doctor Development at Aspen Dental.
MB2 Dental
Morgan Baker has been promoted to Regional Manager at MB2 Dental. Baker previously served as Practice Manager, where she helped oversee day-to-day operations and team development.
Shared Practices Group
Amber Beauchamp, MBA, has joined Shared Practices Group as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. She previously served as Director of Revenue Cycle at US Oral Surgery Management and earlier held revenue cycle leadership roles with Beacon Oral Specialists.
Smile Brands
Arisbel Gutierrez has been promoted to Operations Manager at Smile Brands. Gutierrez previously served as Practice Manager within the organization.
Bobbi Kurtz has been promoted to Regional Manager at Smile Brands in recognition of her leadership and operational contributions.
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers
Cory Wahl has joined ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as Practice Development Manager, supporting growth initiatives across the organization. Cory has also worked for Chord Specialty Dental Partners, Aspen Dental Management, Inc., and Heartland Dental.
Appaloosa Dental Partners
Christy Englehart has joined Appaloosa Dental Partners as Chief Operating Officer. Englehart previously served as Fractional COO for the Dentist Entrepreneur Organization and earlier was COO at PepperPointe Partnerships. She has also held executive leadership roles with Smile Brands, Marquee Dental Partners, and Sage Dental.

Pete Swenson, Chief Executive Officer of Park Dental Partners, was recently recognized as part of Twin Cities Business Notable Healthcare Leaders list.

Tiffany Howerton RDH, BSDH is the new Vice President of Operations and Hygiene.
