Here are several notable people moves across the DSO and dental group landscape for the month of February.
Luis Miguel Mata has joined Heartland Dental as Vice President of Operations, Education and Support Services.
Robert Kosmrlj has been promoted at Dentalcorp to Vice-President, Clinical Leadership and Partner Relations. He has been with the Canadian DSO for over seven years.
Angela Niccum has joined Star Dental Partners as Procurement Manager. She was previous a travel agent and prior to that worked for Heartland Dental as a development coordinator.
Dr. Jessica Raber has joined Passion Dental (Formerly New England Family Dentistry) as their Chief Clinical Officer. Dr. Raber brings more than 13 years of clinical experience to Passion Dental. Her career began in New England after graduating from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2013. She later partnered withF PDS Health to help found and scale a 52-office region while also building and leading a 24-operatory multi-specialty startup. This experience strengthened her belief that great dentistry is built on strong systems, collaborative teams, and a commitment to continuous learning. Dr. Raber is passionate about restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as well as digital dentistry, 3D printing, and advancing access to care through innovation and education.
Howard Lindholm, Ph.D. has been promoted to Senior Director of Clinical Education at Guardian Dentistry Partners from Director Clinical Education. He was previously the Director of Doctor Development at Aspen Dental.
Morgan Baker has been promoted to promoted to Senior Director of Facilities at MB2 Dental. She began working as a dental hygienist and then joined MB2 in 2021 as a marketing coordinator.
Amber Beauchamp, MBA, has been promoted to VP of Revenue Cycle at US Oral Surgery Management. She previously served as Director of Revenue Cycle at US Oral Surgery Management and earlier held revenue cycle leadership roles with Beacon Oral Specialists.
Arisbel Gutierrez has been promoted to promoted to Director of Procurement at Sonrava Health. Prior to working for the multi-specialty organization comprised of brands and affiliates across 21 states: Western Dental & Orthodontics, Western Dental Kids, Brident Dental & Orthodontics, DentalWorks, Perfect Teeth, Vital Smiles, and LooksBrite Optometry Centers, she worked for Supply Doc Inc and Wester Dental. She began her career at BrightNow! Dental as a patient care coordinator.
Bobbi Kurtz has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics. She has held various administrative and management positions at the dental group during her 18-year tenure. Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics has 21 locations across Northern California.
Cory Wahl as joined P1 Dental Partners as their Senior Director of Provider Recruiting. He has also held positions a Chord Specialty Dental Partners, Aspen Dental Management, Inc. and Heartland Dental.
Christy Englehart has joined Appaloosa Dental Partners as Chief Operating Officer. Christy previously served as Fractional COO for the Dentist Entrepreneur Organization and earlier was COO at PepperPointe Partnerships. She has also held executive leadership roles with Smile Brands, Marquee Dental Partners, and Sage Dental. Judi Golyer has also just joined the group, founded in 2024, as Vice President of Integrations.
Pete Swenson, Chief Executive Officer of Park Dental Partners was recently recognized as part of Twin Cities Business Notable Healthcare Leaders list.
Tiffany Howerton RDH, BSDH is the new Vice President of Operations and Hygiene at Peak Dental Services.
