The dental support organization (DSO) industry continues to see movement across leadership, operations, and clinical teams as organizations expand and professionals step into new opportunities. Here are several notable people moves across the DSO and dental group landscape for the month of March.

42 North Dental announced the following leadership changes:

  • Brinda Subbiah joined as the new Chief Financial Officer. Brinda brings 25+ years of healthcare finance and executive leadership experience, leading financial strategy across a national network of clinics, labs, and surgery centers. Her background includes CFO roles at private equity-backed organizations, and finance leadership roles where she oversaw more than 450 surgical centers and hospitals.
  • Charmaine O Croy was promoted to Human Resources Manager. Charmaine has held operations positions at The Smilist Management, Light Wave Dental, and D4C Brands.

George Fox started a new position as SVP of M&A Imagen Dental Partners.

Victoria Johnson was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Dental Care Alliance. Victoria is a recognized leader in the dental industry, with 16 years of experience driving operational excellence, payor strategy, and financial performance across multi-site organizations. Since joining DCA, initially as a consultant supporting our payor team, she made an immediate and lasting impact, quickly stepping into her role as VP of Revenue Cycle Management.

Most recently, Victoria has also led DCA’s credentialing team, enhancing processes and communication to help providers get started faster and more seamlessly. In her new role, she will now also oversee the Payor Contracting team, partnering closely with Dean Tassone and his team to build on strong momentum and further strengthen revenue operations.

CFO & Chief Transformation Officer at Rock Dental Brands, Abhi Nyatee, was recognized in Arkansas Money & Politics (AMP) magazine’s annual C-Suite profiles. Abhi’s vision for Rock Dental Brands is all about solving problems differently. By bridging finance with technology, he has turned data into actionable insights that give our 110 clinics unprecedented agility. Even more impressive is his purpose-driven approach to AI. Under his leadership, Rock has successfully automated numerous administrative processes over the past year—without a single job loss—allowing our workforce to support our growing footprint efficiently.
