Dr. Kelley Ryals Applauded As New President of New Mexico Dental Association. As a PDS-supported dentist and practice owner, Dr. Ryals served as president of the 600-member NMDA from May 2022 through May 2023. Notably, Dr. Ryals was the second supported dentist in PDS history to hold the prestigious seat of the state dental authority president.
Patti Fitzgerald is Promoted to Director of Specialty Support at Elite Dental Partners. Prior to this role, Patti was regional operations manager. She started her career as a dental assistant. The DSO was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
Jeff Bertsch Joins Parkview Dental Partners as their Director of Operations. Prior to joining the group Jeff was regional manager at Smile Design Dentistry. He has also been in operations at DCA, DentalOne Partners and PDS. He was also a practice solutions consultant for Spear Education. Parkview Dental Partners is headquartered in Sarasota, Florida and serves Florida Gulf Coast’s community. It was founded in 2018.

Jonathan Grubb joins the DSO as Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the DSO, Jonathan was controller at Interim HealthCare of the Upstate and treasury director of The Spinx Co. He has also worked for Southern Community Services and Cynergi Systems.
Erica Gibala has been promoted to VP of Revenue Cycle. Prior to this position, Erica was their director of revenue cycle and a project manager.
