Heartland Dental is the largest DSO in the U.S. It was founded in 1997 by Rick Workman, DMD, who opened his first two dental offices in Effingham, IL. It currently supports more than 2,300 dentists in over 1,500 offices across 38 states. The DSO recently announced an affiliation with LWSS Family Dentistry.
