Innovate 32, a newly launched dental services organization (DSO) based in Nashville, Tennessee, entered the market in 2024 through a strategic partnership with Dr. Clint Newman’s practices: Gulch Dental Studio and Dental Haus Germantown. The group was formed by Shore Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm.
Now, the DSO has announced a new partnership with Fort Bend Dental (FBD), a dental group with five locations in the Houston, Texas area. These include:
- Missouri City
- Grand Parkway (Richmond)
- Rosenberg
- Aliana (Sugar Land area)
- Sugar Land (City Walk)
Innovate 32 was founded by Dr. Clint Newman and is led by Josh Johnson, CEO, John Hazen, Director of Business Development, and Peter Bilan, SVP, Finance. Their leadership team is bolstered by a Board of Directors comprised of doctors, multi-site healthcare operators, and direct-to-consumer marketing executives, including:

Founded in 1987, FBD provides a full suite of general and specialty dentistry services to patients in Southwest Houston. Since its founding, Dr. Dwight Peccora expanded the practice with four additional partners, Dr. Brian Machart, Dr. George Jabbour, Dr. Scott Pinkston, and Dr. Richard Baratta, who have decades of clinical experience providing care to their patients and scaling their practice locations to serve the unique needs of the community.
Dr. Dwight Peccora, a native of Sugar Land, Texas, graduated with his Bachelor of Science with honors from Baylor University and subsequently received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in the Houston Medical Center. Post-doctoral training include a Fellowship, Mastership, and Diplomat with the International Dental Implant Association, Fellowship with the International Academy of Facial Esthetics, and a prestigious honor as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Dwight was nominated as the 2015 Texas New Dentist of the Year.

The new partnership with FBD marks the next steps in Innovate 32’s efforts to partner with growth-oriented dentists, share best practices and deliver dental services. Innovate 32 now has a footprint in Texas, Tennessee, and Florida, and seeks to form additional partnerships in those states.
