Texas Senate Bill 519 – Requiring DSOs to register with the state

Texas Senate Bill 519 that was signed in the House and Senate on May 25th is headed to the Governor for signature.  This bill requires Dental Support Organizations to register annually with the state of TX and pay a registration fee.

The civil penalty for failing to register as a Dental Support Organization with the state of TX could result in a fine of up to $1,000 per day.
