Mission Statement of the American Academy of Dental Group Practice
The American Academy of Dental Group Practice is guided by the conviction that the leaders who create, shape, and advance group practices are among the most forward-thinking innovators in dentistry. We believe these individuals are united by a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care—care that meets or exceeds the standards of all other practice models—and to ensuring that such care is accessible to every segment of the population. We further believe that group practice offers a uniquely powerful avenue for providing dental services that are more efficient, more cost-effective, and more readily available to patients, while also fostering professional fulfillment and financial sustainability for dentists.
AADGP Objectives:
01To serve as the premier forum for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and best practices in group dentistry and to cultivate a commitment to life-long learning.
02To support education and training in all facets of group practice through conferences, seminars, and publications for dentists, managers, and dental team members that focus on the business and management of dentistry.
03To advocate for the interests and advancement of group practice within the broader dental profession within the doctor-owned and doctor-led construct.
04To elevate the recognition of group practice as a highly effective and desirable model of care delivery.
05To promote and support research and resources that strengthen the systems of dental service delivery.
