Women in DSO® will host its annual Empower & Grow Conference, March 3–5, 2027, at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The three-day event brings together dental support organization (DSO) executives, emerging leaders, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and industry partners for education, professional development, and networking.
Designed to support the advancement of women in dental leadership while welcoming leaders from across the industry, Empower & Grow features educational sessions, interactive workshops, executive discussions, and opportunities to build meaningful professional relationships.
The 2027 conference will introduce expanded breakout sessions, providing attendees with more focused discussions and practical strategies they can implement within their dental organizations.
