TAG The Aspen Group announced that Michael Jimenez, DDS, and Armen Grigoryan, DDS, have been appointed Clinical Directors of Implant Support. Both doctors bring extensive clinical expertise and a passion for mentorship.
- Dr. Jimenez first joined the Aspen Dental network nearly nine years ago and previously served as a multi-practice owner in the Columbia, S.C., area. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Jimenez has been at the forefront of Aspen Dental’s clinical innovation—his offices helped pilot key technological advancements including digital dentures, guided implant surgery and locator-fixed solutions.
- Dr. Grigoryan has more than 12 years of experience with Aspen Dental as a partner and practice owner and brings a lifelong passion for dentistry to his new role. He holds dental degrees from both Armenia and the United States and earned advanced implant training from the University of Florida. Additionally, he is a certified Zest Locator Master for removeable and fix full arch restorations. A Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) since 2016, Dr. Grigoryan is fluent in four languages (and currently learning a fifth).
Shawn Tule was promoted to VP of Operations at Imagen Dental Partners. Prior to this he was their Senior Director of Operations. He has also held positions at Jefferson Dental & Ortho and Aspen Dental.
Ryan Moynihan has joined Southern Orthodontic Partners as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing commercial strategy and growth initiatives. With nearly 20 years in dental and orthodontics, he previously led Gaidge as CEO and served as VP of Orthodontics at PracticeTek.
Elite Dental Partners promoted Kim Gillett to Operations Implementation Director. She has been with the DSO for over eight years. She began her dental career as an office manager.
Park Dental Partners welcomed Jason Halupnick as the new VP of Business Development. Jason first joined Park Dental Partners in 2015 and led business development for six years. During that time he helped shape our growth strategy and built strong relationships across the dental community. He later departed to broaden his experience in the business world with another organization.
Bryan J. Goodluck joined ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as their Vice President, Field Operations & Sales. Prior to this role he was Senior Director of Operations, DC/MD/VA, at Guardian Dentistry Partners.
Jonathon Cosman, VP of HR & Talent, Specialty1 Partners, was recognized with the HR Impact Award – HR Leader of the Year by the Houston Business Journal. He began his dental journey chairside as a dental assistant at ImmediaDent.
Diane Sparks has joined ICON Dental Partners as their Vice President of Accounting. Diane is a CPA with over 40 years of accounting experience and more than 20 years in the healthcare sector.
Image Specialty Partners announced the addition of two key executives to its leadership team:
- Lacie Randall is a seasoned marketing executive with deep experience driving growth and patient acquisition strategies within healthcare and specialty dental services. Prior to joining ISP, Lacie led marketing initiatives and new patient acquisitions across various specialties at Specialty Dental Partners and Marquee Dental
- Roman Meydbray is an accomplished IT leader with over a decade of experience leading global IT support and digital workplace teams. He has led large, distributed organizations across the U.S. and Europe, delivering support in complex, highly regulated healthcare and med-tech environments.
David E. Fusco joined 42North Dental as Chief Administrative Officer. With nearly 30 years of experience in human resources, operations, and broad leadership roles, David has a particular focus on developing people and operational growth strategies to achieve business objectives. A Six Sigma Black Belt, he’s led initiatives spanning HRIS conversions, incentive program launches, and talent strategy optimization.
Additionally, Jonna Craig was promoted to Director of Operations.
Adam Wilson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer at Impression Dental Group. He was most recently employed as CEO at Aurrum Kids as well as Aurrum Aged Care.
Seva Dental Team welcomed Shannon Erdos-Jock as the Director of Hygiene. Previously, Shannon worked for Bausch Health Companies, Spear Education, Aspen Dental Management, and Pacific Dental Services.
Carl Guthrie joined Elevate Dental Partners as their new Head of Talent Acquisition. He has also held talent acquisition positions at Signature Dental Partners and ETS Dental.
Kayla Wohelski promoted to Corporate Marketing Manager at Endodontic Practice Partners.
Kim Hodgson started a new position as Senior Director of Operations at Guardian Dentistry Partners. Kim has held various managerial positions at Barbar Dental Group, Signature Dental Partners, and Pediatric Dental Brands. She began her dental career as a practice manager at InterDent Service Corporation.
