TUSK Practice Sales advised Dr. Cristen Whitmer, owner of The Center for Dental Wellness at Camarillo, located in Camarillo, California, in her sale to MB2 Dental.
Aria Care Partners, a provider of dental, vision, audiology and podiatry services to skilled nursing facilities, has acquired:
- Sanford Dental, Sanford Vision and Dynamic Mobile Dentistry, collectively known as Sanford. Headquartered in Macon, Georgia, Sanford delivers onsite dental and vision care to approximately 200 skilled nursing facilities across Georgia and Alabama. The organization also offers dental insurance plans for residents. The acquisition expands Aria Care Partners’ presence in the Southeast and supports the company’s broader growth strategy. Sanford’s operations will be integrated into Aria’s platform, providing enhanced administrative and technology support.
- Coronado Dental, based in Chandler, Arizona. Since 1994, Coronado has been offering mobile onsite dental care to approximately 75 SNFs throughout Phoenix and Tucson. Its suite of preventive, restorative, and emergency services are provided by a care team that includes dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and community managers. This acquisition establishes Aria’s first presence in Arizona.
Smile Partners USA partnered with:
- Atlanta Endodontics, Atlanta, GA, led by Dr. Robert Slosberg, D.D.S.
- Favia Family Dental, Arlington Heights, IL, led by Dr. Joseph Favia
PDS Health opened two de novo dental practices. The leading integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states.
- Dentists of Sudley in Manassas, Virginia.
- Benton Modern Dentistry in Winchester, California.
EPIC4 Specialty Partners affiliated with Bowers Orthodontic Specialists which is located in Bloomington, IL and is led by Dr. Kurt T. Bowers.
MB2 Dental welcomed four new doctor partners and opened a de novo practice, adding a total of five new practices across five different states in March.

Straine Dental Management (SDM) announced a strategic partnership with 4405 Dental Studio in Georgetown, Texas, which is led by Dr. Andrew Edmonds and Dr. Brenna Sura. The addition of 4405 Dental Studio is SDM’s 56th affiliation and sixth in Texas.
Specialized Dental Partners continues its growth with the addition of two new partnerships:
- Pittsburgh Endodontics of Pittsburgh, PA, led by Dr. Michael Korch and Dr. Katelyn Petraglia
- Post Falls Periodontics and & Implant Dentistry of Post Falls, ID, Dr. Joseph K. McCombs
Silver Creek Dental Partners welcomed Governor Dental, San Diego, CA led by Dr. Joanne Copps.
SALT Dental Partners announced its newest partnerships and de novo opening:
- Dr. Julia Cerny DMD, PLLC, Albany, NY is joining Sitwell Dental, Latham, NY. This will be Sitwell’s fifth location.
- Hampton Oral & Facial Surgery, a three-surgeon practice serving the greater Norfolk and Virginia Beach market, led by Dr. Brad Trotter.
- Berkeley & Orinda Orthodontics, a six-doctor orthodontic group operating across three locations in Northern California, led by Dr. Paul Kasrovi.
- Haeger Orthodontics, two locations: kent, WA and Maple Valley, WA, led by Dr. Robert Haeger
- Smile Station Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics, Brunswick, Maryland (de novo).
Beacon Oral Specialists expanded into the Jacksonville market through a partnership with North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery (NFOFS). NFOFS operates five locations and is supported by a team of five surgeons serving the greater Jacksonville area. The practice was the fifth to join the Beacon Oral Specialists platform in 2025, alongside new partnerships in the Bay Area, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. As a result of this growth, Beacon now partners with more than 130 oral surgeons practicing across 106 locations in 12 states and Washington, D.C.
Premier Care Dental Management (PCDM), a Dental Clinical Organization (DCO) based in the Northeast, announced that it has partnered with Lebanon Family Dental and Lebanon Dental Cornwall, marking the organization’s entry into Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The company currently supports more than 150 general practice and specialty offices.
Innovate 32 announced new partnerships with Crestview Dental and Cedar Street Family Dentistry, two general dentistry practices serving the Maryville, Tennessee. Together, these partnerships further establish Innovate 32’s network in East Tennessee and underscore its strategy.
Choice Healthcare Services, the parent company of Children’s Choice Dental Care, announced the expansion and relocation of two of its dental care locations in California. The initiative is aimed at enhancing comfort, accessibility, and modern dental care for families and children in San Diego and Stockton. Children’s Choice Dental Care, operated by Choice Healthcare Services, delivers pediatric and orthodontic dental care through more than 25 locations across California.
Modern Micro Endodontics announced the opening of its newest office location in Parsippany, New Jersey. This expansion reflects the practice’s continued commitment to providing advanced, patient-focused endodontic care to communities throughout Northern New Jersey. Modern Micro Endodontics is a multi-location specialty practice dedicated exclusively to endodontic treatment,
Specialty1 Partners announced its newest joint-venture partnership with Endodontic Specialists of NEPA, PC, led by Dr. Pranav Vohra. The practice operated two convenient locations in Hazleton Township and Kingston, PA.
Cityview Dental Arts, led by Dr. Jerry Bock, has joined J&J Dental Support Services a.k.a. Dental Group of Chicago, Inc.

Sage Dental opened a de novo in St. Petersburg, FL.
Tringas Orthodontics, led by Dr. Andrew Tringas, Orlando, FL was acquired by Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners.
Operation Dental, an Orlando-based, dentist-led, privately owned group practice, announced the acquisition of a well-established dental practice in Bradenton, Florida. The partnership represents Operation Dental’s fourteenth strategic acquisition, further scaling its multi-location footprint to nineteen locations.
Burch Dental Partners, an Emerging Dental Group to Watch in 2026, just added their sixteenth affiliate practice. It is their seventh de novo practice. The growing group is led by Dr. Jeffrey Burch.
CollectiveCare Dental welcomed Newtown Dental Care located in Newtown, PA and led by Dr. Edward Magida. CollectiveCare Dental is focused on NJ and PA and is headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ.
BRUSH 365 opened a new location in Frisco which is led by Dr. Sara Mahmood. This is their fifth location.
The Smilist expanded into Virginia with their newest affiliation, Arlington Dental Team in Arlington, Virginia.
Magic Smiles for Kids, a pediatric dental practice serving families across Long Island, has opened a new location in Bay Shore, New York.
Passion Dental welcomed Water’s Edge Dental, Toronto, ON.
Mid-County Dental Associates, Largo, FL, affiliated with Today’s Dental Network. TDN has locations across Florida, from Sarasota to Jacksonville.
Shared Practices Group celebrated the opening of:
- Southern Maine Dentures & Implants, Biddeford, ME, led by Dr. Alisha Starbird
- Vancouver Dentures & Implants, Vancouver, WA, led by Dr. Greg Parker
mydentist (UK) opened one of its largest practices in Cardiff, a £2.3 million facility with 14 surgeries and over 100 team members. The investment is already making an impact, as staff report enhanced capabilities to deliver dental care to nearly 20,000 local patients. mydentist (UK) has over 500 dental practices and is headquartered in Manchester, England.
Damira Dental Studios opened another location in March. The group has grown to 52 practices across the UK.
Dental Beauty Partners has opened its ninth Kiss Dental location, led by Dr. Kailesh Solanki and Dr. Nicole Solanki, continuing the group’s focus on the North of England. This marks Kiss Dental’s third acquisition of 2026. Additionally, Dental Beauty Partners welcomed Dental Beauty Orthodontics Epping, formerly The Specialist Orthodontic Practice, led by Dr. Simon Jackson, as the third specialty orthodontic practice in their newly established orthodontics division.
