Bridge Dental Group announced its newest partnership with Foothill Family Dental Group and Peak Dental Specialists, two practices in Glendora, California led by Dr. Mariam Arnouk and Dr. Yara Arnouk. These additions mark Bridge Dental Group’s third and fourth practices in California and its 27th and 28th practices nationwide, reflecting continued growth key markets across the United States.


Parkview Dental Partners, based in Sarasota, Florida, announced the acquisition of VIP Dental located in Palm Harbor, Florida. This acquisition further expands Parkview Dental Partners’ presence in Southwest Florida, bringing the total number of practices to 25.


Park Dental is expanding and opened a practice in Surprise, Arizona! The practice is located in the Surprise Crossings Shopping Center at the northeast corner of the intersection of W Waddell Rd and N Litchfield Rd and is led by Dr. Martin Romero.


Shared Practices Group welcomed North Seattle Dentures & Implants, a SPG Dental Implant Centers practice in Mountlake Terrace, WA, under the leadership of Dr. Brian Polillo.


DECA Dental Groups announced:

  • Owner dentist Dr. Ajay Nathani opened the doors of Ideal Dental Rolesville, NC
  • Owner dentist Dr. Michael McCartor opened the doors of Ideal Dental Northwest OKC, OK
  •  Dr. Johnny Le opened the doors of Ideal Dental Maple Valley, Maple Valley, Washington

PDS Health opened six de novo dental practices. The leading integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states.


Silver Creek Dental Partners welcomed:


Passion Dental Group welcomed Pine Seven Dental Centre and Mackenzie West Dental Health Centre based in Woodbridge and Baughan, Ontario.


All About Smiles in Middletown, Ohio is officially part of Seva Dental Team. All About Smiles is led by Dr. James Puccio.


Nuvia Dental Implant Center opened a new location in Fort Mill, SC


Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport-Bossier has joined beBright. The group is led by Dr. Jason Gambill and Dr. Corey Cloud and operates six locations across Northwest Louisiana.


Apex Dental Partners welcomed six new practices in April, expanding its supported practice network in Colorado and Texas.


Smile Partners USA closed on Favia Family Dental in Arlington Heights, IL. This brings their office count to 125.

Sage Dental opened:


Dr. Brandon Comella and his team at Comella & Associates Orthodontics in Rochester, NY joined Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners. Vitana is based in Plantation, FL.


Dental Care Alliance has reached an agreement with its existing lenders to significantly strengthen its financial position. The deal reduces the company’s debt by over $1.1 billion, provides $95 million in new capital, and extends debt maturities to 2031.

The restructuring is intended to support long-term growth and improve practice support capabilities, while aligning financial partners with DCA’s focus on clinical and operational excellence. DCA supports more than 400 affiliated practices and 900 dentists across 24 states.


According to the Gloucester Times, Aspen Dental has shut down its Gloucester, MA office and shifted patients and staff to its Peabody location about 15 miles away. The move is aimed at streamlining operations and improving efficiency by centralizing care. Aspen’s parent organization supports more than 1,300 dental practices nationwide.


Dental365 – Westfield officially opened in a brandnew location and under a new name, marking a new chapter for patients and team members alike. This transition brings together Creative Dental Care, led by Dr. Joseph Banker, and the practice of Dr. Jeffrey C. Sklarin, uniting two offices into one cohesive Dental365 practice. 


Heartland Dental welcomed Soto Dental Partners, led by Obed Soto and Dr. Abigail Soto. The practice is located in El Paso, TX.


Appaloosa Dental Partners welcomed:

  • Waverly Dental, de Novo, Lake Highlands, TX
  • Waverly Dental, Plano, TX

The Dental Design Studio has completed the acquisition of the predominately private practice Walton House Dental Practice in Felixstowe. This brings their practice count to 24.


Dental Beauty Partners announced the acquisition of its first dedicated Invisalign practice with Invisible Braces for You. The practice is led by Drs. Soumaya Zinet, Krishan Joshi, and Matt Billington. It is the group’s 60th clinic and it is located in the heart of Leeds, England.  Invisible Braces for You now operates across seven practices.


Damira Dental Studios, which is headquartered in London, England, welcomed JDRM Dental Care which is located in Leicester. Founded in 2003 with one practice in Oxford, the group now supports over 50 locations.


mydentist (UK), a network of over 500 dental practices, welcomed a new practice located at Parkgate Shopping Centre, Rotherham, a 14-surgery practice.
