Specialty1 Partners (S1P), a dental partnership organization, announced its newest joint venture partnership with Greater Waterbury Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, further strengthening the organization’s growing national network to 226 locations across 29 states. Based in Waterbury, Connecticut, Greater Waterbury Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons is led by Dr. John J. Hillgen IV with investment from Partner Dr. Michael Caruso of Westchester Implant & OS. Headquartered in Houston, TX, Specialty1 Partners supports 226 practice locations across 29 states and more than 350 specialists nationwide. The organization has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for six consecutive years, ranking among the fastest-growing private companies in America.

First Choice Dental, a multi-specialty dental group serving Wisconsin families since 1996, announced a partnership with Milwaukee Dental Partners, a three-practice dental group founded in 2019 by Dr. Pako Major, MDP. The practices are Oakbrook Dental in West Bend, Jackson Family Dentistry in Jackson and Sauk Trail Dental in Saukville. This acquisition brings First Choice Dental to 20 locations across southern and southeastern Wisconsin.

Emerging Dental Group to Watch winner, EKOS Dental Group, added its 20th practice, Modern Dentists of Deltona Lakes. The opening of Modern Dentists of Deltona Lakes represents an important step in the continued development of what EKOS Dental Group provides to practices throughout Florida. EPIC4 Specialty Partners announced the addition of two established specialty dental practices to its growing national network: Jim Bowden, D.D.S. in El Paso, Texas, and Pediatric Smiles of Bloomington, Illinois. The new partnerships further expand EPIC4’s presence in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics while bringing two strong, patient-centered practice cultures into the organization. Dr. Jim Bowden brings a distinctive model to the EPIC4 network as a dual specialist in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. At the heart of the Bloomington practice are Dr. Thomas Hall, DMD, and Dr. Sara Dardis.

North Star Health welcomed Windham County Dental Center, located in Brattleboro, VT, into its organization, a change that will support the sustainability and expansion of the center’s services. The partnership builds on Windham County Dental Center‘s history of responding to the health needs of Brattleboro and surrounding towns. The dental center will remain a safety-net provider, serving patients who are uninsured, have Medicaid, or have private insurance. Windham County Dental Center was established through a partnership between United Way of Windham County and Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in response to the 2017 community needs assessment. The assessment identified a significant gap in dental care for people covered by Medicaid.

Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest dental support organization (DSO), announced the closing of its key transaction with Foundation Dental Partners, a doctor-focused dental support organization with 33 supported practices across Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Kentucky. T Management, a growing dental support organization serving practices across Georgia, announced the acquisition of Morrow Family Dentistry, a dental practice serving Morrow, Georgia, and the surrounding community. Morrow is led by Dr. Ha Le and Dr. Mong Thu Nguyen (“Dr. Thu”).  In 2025, T Management acquired Life Point Dental Group, adding practices in Athens and Jefferson. Morrow Family Dentistry marks the third practice added since the Georgia Oak partnership.

SALT Dental Partners welcomed Flagship Orthodontics located in Hanover, MD, led by Dr. Bonebreak.

Shared Practices Group added two new dental implant practices. SPG now supports more than 50 offices in 32 states:

Emergency Dental of America, a dental organization with 27 locations across 17 states, opened a national headquarters located in Omaha, NE.

The Advance Capital Partners SIS (ACP SIS) private equity fund has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Adria Dental Group (ADG), the largest dental services platform in Southeast Europe, following the fulfillment of the conditions precedent. With the completion of the transaction ACP SIS has joined Provectus Capital Partners as a co-owner of Adria Dental Group. The transaction also marks the beginning of the next phase of ADG’s strategic development, with a focus on further growth, consolidation of the still fragmented dental services market in Croatia, Slovenia and Italy, and strengthening the Group’s position as the leading regional provider.

Blackburn Clinic Dental Centre, located in Blackburn, Victoria, Australia, has joined Impression Dental Group, further strengthening IDG’s growing network of dental practices across Australia.

Pacific Smiles Group opened a de novo location, Rouse Hill Town Centre. They have over 120 centers located throughout New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.

Singapore-based Q & M Dental Group reported solid financial results for the first half of 2026, with revenue rising 13% to S$99.5 million and profit attributable to shareholders up 27% to S$4.9 million, driven almost entirely by a 13% increase in its core dental business. The group is seeking to enhance Singapore performance by upskilling about 100 dentists through its College of Dentistry and benefiting from enhanced government dental subsidies, while acknowledging that profit guarantee income from past acquisitions is non-recurring.

The company is pushing regional expansion with binding deals to acquire Australia’s Experteeth group for A$119.64 million plus growth capital and a 51% stake in Thailand’s Deezy Q & M for THB 994.5 million, funded through a mix of cash, bank facilities and new shares equivalent to about 9% of its capital. These acquisitions, supported by long-term service agreements, multi-year profit guarantees, share lock-ups and escrow arrangements, aim to diversify earnings across fragmented, subsidy-backed private dental markets while preserving local clinical leadership.

The Imperial Dental Group is buying Smiles Dental practices in the Republic of Ireland. Founded and owned by Balbir Singh Bhandal, the Imperial Dental Group already owns 19 practices in England and Wales. Its acquisition of the 20 Smiles Dental chain is its first move into Ireland. Bhandal has over 30 years of experience in the dental business and the Bhandal family also has other dental interests in Britain under the Bhandal Dental practice brand.
