Guardian Dentistry Partners (GDP), a dental partnership organization, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement for a strategic majority acquisition of Select Dental Management (SDM), a dental partnership organization operating 38 locations across eight states and Washington D.C. The partnership will significantly expand GDP’s geographic presence and deepen its commitment to supporting dental practices with the infrastructure, clinical resources, and operational support they need to thrive. Cherry Tree Dental acquired Owens Family Dentistry in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Cherry Tree Dental is a growing dental group supporting nearly 30 dental offices across the Midwest and serving approximately 80,000 patients.
Lone Peak Dental Group acquired 11 pediatric dental and orthodontic locations across Georgia and South Carolina. The transaction included Carolina Dental Docs, Children’s Dental Center, Novus Orthodontics and Foster Orthodontics. The DSO also completed a $170 million recapitalization led by TCW Steel City. The financing includes a term loan, revolving credit facility and delayed draw term loan intended to support future acquisitions and continued expansion.
Specialty1 Partners (S1P) announced its newest joint venture partnership with Periodontal Associates, Inc., a periodontal and dental implant practice serving the greater Cleveland area. With the addition of Periodontal Associates, S1P expands its presence in Ohio to three partner practices and seven locations, further strengthening its growing Midwest footprint. S1P now supports 223 practices across 28 states and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for four consecutive years.

Smile Partners USA opened Rochester Hills Family Dental Group in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The location is the DSO‘s second de novo practice and follows the opening of State Street Modern Dentistry in Saline, Michigan.
Passion Dental Group expanded its Canadian network through two new partnerships:
- Toronto Smile Centre, Toronto, Ontario, led by Dr. Priyanka Choudhary
- Hana Dental Group in Burnaby, British Columbia, led by Dr. Robin Lim.
SALT Dental Partners partnered with:
- MyOrthodontist, 14 locations across North Carolina.
- Sitwell Dental, 5 locations across NY
- Houston Oral Surgery Implant Center, 3 locations in Houston, TX
Imagen Dental Partners expanded in:
- San Antonio through affiliations with San Antonio Aesthetic & Family Dentistry and Hearthstone Dental Specialists. Both practices are led by Dr. Kimberly Voges.
- Seattle, Washington, with the addition of Floss General & Cosmetic Dentistry, led by Dr. Nassim Pietsch.
Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics opened a new practice in Glendale, Arizona, continuing the group’s expansion into new communities. The specialty DSO is headquartered in Irving, Texas and has 50+ locations across Texas, Colorado, and Arizona.
Specialty1 Partners entered a joint venture partnership with Periodontal Associates, which operates locations in Lyndhurst and Mentor, Ohio. The practice is led by Drs. Roger Hess, Rebecca Davis and Jason Streem and will continue operating under its existing name. The addition brings Specialty1 Partners to nine locations in Ohio and 223 supported offices across 28 states.
Heartland Dental affiliated with Denta Smiles, led by Dr. Nicol M. Freytes, located in Coral Spring, Fl.
Rising Tide Dental Partners (RTDP), one of the nation’s largest dentist-owned Dental Partnership Organizations, announced the partnership and integration of six new dental practices, located in WA, OH, CA, IL, NY, and FL, into its network, a move that increases the organization’s total revenue by 15% and expands its geographic footprint by 22%. Brightworks Dentistry announced the launch of a unified brand that brings its Atlanta-area dental practices together under one name and a single online presence at www.brightworksdentistry.com. Led by founder Dr. Patrice Robbins, the transition brings the group’s Dunwoody, Buckhead (formerly Pharr Road Dentistry), and Downtown Atlanta locations together under one cohesive brand and website.
Premier Care Dental Management acquired Brookline Smile Artists in Brookline, Massachusetts. Led by Drs. Danielle Slater, Janna Feldman and Gary Login, the practice provides cosmetic, restorative and comprehensive dental care. The acquisition expands Premier Care Dental Management’s presence in Massachusetts and the broader Northeast.
Apex Dental Partners continues its strategic growth with the addition of five new affiliated practices in Colorado, expanding its presence in the state to 12 locations and bringing its total network to 65 practices across eight states. This continued expansion builds on Apex’s sustained momentum as one of the fastest growing dental support organizations in the country, as recognized by Inc. 5000 for six consecutive years. dentalcorp entered the United States through the acquisition of Northstar Dental Partners, a dentist-led group supporting 21 practices across Florida. Northstar founder and CEO Dr. Jordan Tomalty will retain an ownership interest and remain involved in the organization’s growth. Paradigm Oral Health has completed a surgeon-led buyback that returns majority ownership and control to its surgeons and leadership team, marking its third successful liquidity event for doctors in seven years. The new structure gives surgeon-partners greater authority over governance, operations, growth investments and liquidity while reinforcing Paradigm’s focus on clinical autonomy, innovation and patient care. Operating across 34 states, Paradigm plans to continue adding surgeons and locations while expanding education, research and technology through the Paradigm Innovation Institute.
Oral Surgery Partners has expanded its network with the addition of oral surgery practices in Missouri, Georgia and Tennessee. The Chesterfield, Missouri-based group’s new partners include John Hofheins, DMD, MD in St. Louis; Austin Meadows, DMD, MD, in Columbus, Ga.; and Qingcong Zeng, DDS, MD, who owns three practice locations in Tennessee. With these additions, Oral Surgery Partners now supports more than 80 practices across 25 states.
The Hatheway Group of Companies acquired five orthodontic practices from Canadian Orthodontic Partners. The acquired offices are located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and Bedford, Halifax, Sydney and Truro, Nova Scotia. The transaction brings the Hatheway Group’s Maritime orthodontic network to seven clinics.
Aspen Dental announced or opened new practices in Alabaster, Alabama; Perry, Georgia; and Travelers Rest, South Carolina.
TG Orthodontics led by Dr. Tara Gostovich partnered with Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners.
Post Oak Dental, a dental practice in Houston, TX affiliated with Innovate 32.
American Dental Companies (ADC) welcomed Sonora Smiles, located in Sonora, CA and led by Dr. Dave Berger. ADC is a dental partnership organization based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Kharin, owner of Bedford Dental in Bedford, Massachusetts, has acquired Cornerstone Dental Group in Westford, expanding his dental organization to a second location. The deal brings the established multi-doctor practice under a shared ownership and operating model while keeping the existing team in place. The acquisition also creates opportunities to expand cosmetic, implant, Invisalign and family dentistry services across both communities.
Bluegrass Endodontics, (2 TN locations) led by Dr. Christopher Sandlin, and Deborah R. Robbins, DDS Periodontics & Dental Implants, Goodlettsville, TN, affiliated with Specialized Dental Partners.
UK-based Rodericks Dental Partners welcomed Brigstock Dental Practice, led by Kreena and Davesh Patel.
Dublin Ireland-based Truly Dental is preparing to open a new 8,000 square foot clinic in Galway. 12 surgery suites, 4 chair orthodontic suite. The group was founded in 2019 and has 15 practice locations in Ireland, UK and Dubai.
mydentist (UK) opened a new 5-chair practice in Weston-super-Mare. mydentist(UK) has over 500 dental practices.
Total Dental Ireland added Ready Steady Smiles’ two locations led by Dr. Joe Bonner in Donegal and Ballybofey. Total Dental Ireland is a dental corporate operating in Ireland since 2024 when it partnered with its first dental practice in Ireland, O’Connor Moore Dental in Sligo. Since its initial launch, TDI has partnered with OCM Dental Practice, Clonmel Dental Care, Cornelscourt Dental & Implant Centre, Malahide Dental & Implant Centre, Donabate Dental Clinic, and its most recent, Old Bawn Dental.
