MAX Surgical Specialty Management announced its continued expansion in Pennsylvania through two new partnerships, broadening its presence in both Greater Philadelphia and Lancaster County. They are:
- Greater Philadelphia Oral Surgery, led by the esteemed Robert Mogyoros, DMD
- Lebanon & Lancaster Oral Surgery Group, led by James P. Murphy, DMD
In August, PDS Health opened six de novo dental practices. The integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states:
- Dentists of West Sacramento in West Sacramento, California.
- Greenspot Crossings Dentistry in Highland, California.
- Dentists of Kissimmee in Kissimmee, Florida.
- Elmwood Modern Dentistry in Harahan, Louisiana.
- Bothell Modern Dentistry in Bothell, Washington.
- Bown Crossing Dentistry in Boise, Idaho.
Empower Dental Upland has officially opened its doors, marking the newest addition to the Empower Dental Group which operates practices across California. The Upland practice is led by Dr. Tigran Gyokchyan, Dr. Kevin Khachatryan, and Dr. Artur Arkelakyan. Empower Dental Group now has six locations.
Phase 1 Equity, a doctor-owned, doctor-led, and doctor-governed platform for orthodontists and pediatric dentists, welcomed another multi-site, multi-site orthodontic practice based in Ohio to its growing network. This marks Phase 1 Equity’s sixth practice added in 2025, it’s 16th doctor to join the platform and brings total locations to 24.
MB2 Dental introduced three new practices and welcomed two new doctor partners across two different states in July. This brings their 2025 total new practice count to 37.

U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) – a management services organization that exclusively serves oral and maxillofacial surgeons – has secured partnerships with four new practices, including its first in the state of Nebraska. With the new additions, USOSM now has more than 265 surgeon partners in 31 states:
- Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Papillion, Nebraska, led by Fola Ogunleye, BChD, DMD
- South Central Oral Surgery of Bloomington, Indiana, led by Timothy Pliske, DDS
- Panossian Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Long Island, New York. led by Greg J. Panossian, DDS and Marieange J. Panossian, DDS, MD
- Snyder & Dugan Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with four locations serving patients in Pennsylvania. They are located in Pittsburgh, Butler, Zelienople and Greenville, led by Michael Dugan, DMD, and Patrick Sweeney, DMD
Sage Dental acquired:
- The Dental Group, located in Fort Lauderdale, led by Dr. Henry Rodriguez-Martin. The Dental Group now operates as Sage Dental of Oakland Park.
- Sage Dental of Murfreesboro, TN led by Marcellous Stansberry, DDS
- Sage Dental of Hendersonville, TN led by Dr. Tyresha Pitts
Chord Specialty Dental Partners announced its partnership with Dr. J Pediatric Dentistry, a pediatric dental group serving families in three practices across greater Indianapolis. Chord Specialty Dental Partners is a multi-specialty DSO supporting more than 60 partner practices across six states.
Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics, a dental group known for its high-energy, fun-filled, and patient-focused approach, has officially opened its newest location in the Lakewood community of Colorado. Leading the Lakewood team is Dr. Jacob Klenke.
Park Dental Partners is proud to announce the newest addition to its general dentistry family: Andrew L.F. Hegstad Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, located in Forest Lake, Minnesota.
Imagen Dental Partners has officially entered its 17th state through a new collaboration with Toothologie, located in Union, Kentucky, and led by Dr. Jason Ford.
beBright welcomed Brink & White Pediatric Dental Associates, led by Dr. Josh Brink and Dr. Jason White. Brink & White have three locations: Bartlett, TN, Lakeland, TN, and Munford, TN.
Community-Based Connections, Inc. (CBCI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding the options available to children that promote their social and academic growth, in collaboration with Broward County Public Schools (BCPS), has opened two new Health and Resource Hubs in North and Central Broward County at Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach (1201 NW 6th Avenue) and William Dandy Middle School in Fort Lauderdale (2400 NW 26th Street).
This innovative partnership, the first in the district to offer primary care health services through an on-site nurse practitioner, will further CBCI’s reach to enhance the health and well-being of underserved populations in the county. By integrating social services and primary care with a focus on addressing root causes of health disparities, CBCI aims to foster a healthier, more resilient community. The grand opening ribbon cuttings are set for Wednesday, September 3, at 9:30 a.m. at Blanche Ely High School and at 2 p.m. for William Dandy Middle School.
Dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. reported record-high adjusted free cash flow in its second quarter, driven by continued growth through practice acquisitions and increased patient volumes under the federal dental plan. Dentalcorp reported record $45.6M in free cash flow. The company acquired eight new practice locations during the quarter, expected to generate $3.8 million in pro forma adjusted EBITDA after rent at a 6.3-times multiple. For the first half of 2025, acquisitions totalled $12.1 million at a 7.1-times multiple, expanding Dentalcorp’s national footprint to 575 locations.
Comvest Credit Partners, a provider of flexible direct financing solutions for middle-market companies, announced that it is serving as Administrative Agent on a $245 million senior secured credit facility for Allied OMS, a Southlake, Texas-based management services organization specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery practices.
The Financing will be used to refinance Allied’s existing debt and support its future growth initiatives. It coincides with a strategic growth investment in the Company led by 65 Equity Partners alongside co-investor Everberg Capital. Comvest Credit Partners also made a preferred equity investment in the Company.
Since its inception in 2020, the group has grown to support a network of 38 oral and maxillofacial surgery practices across more than a dozen states nationwide. They added a new location in August: Kerrville Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, which is led by Dr. James Lussier. This partnership strengthens Allied OMS’s presence in the Hill Country region, which encompasses the Austin and San Antonio markets.
Nuvia Dental Implant Center is expanding access to its full arch dental implant treatment with seven new locations scheduled to open across the U.S. in the second half of 2025.

P1 Dental Partners expanded in Ohio.
Specialized Dental Partners welcomed Endodontics of Castle Rock, Colorado, which is led by Dr. Brock F. Deal.
Kincumber Dental has official joined Impression Dental Group. Kincumber is located on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Over the past few years, IDG has transformed from a small, emerging group into one of Australia’s fastest-growing dental networks.
Dental Care Ireland welcomed Lucan Village Dental Practice, led by Dr. Tony McKeon and Dr. Sean McAleese.
Dr. Hussein and Dr. Hassan Dalghous, owners of Yorkshire Dental Suite (YDS) Group, have acquired 3 Step Smiles for an undisclosed sum. Based in Liverpool, 3 Step Smiles specializes in full-mouth rehabilitation and complex dental cases. The clinic is part of a small international group that also includes a practice in Glasgow and several locations in Spain.
The Liverpool practice had been operated by Dr. Tula and Blanca Crooke since 2022. They decided to sell in order to concentrate on their Spanish clinics. With this acquisition, YDS Group now operates seven practices: Leeds (Yorkshire Dental Suite), York, Hull, Wakefield, Guiseley, Chelsea (London), and Liverpool. The group also plans to expand further, opening a Birmingham practice in September and a Manchester practice in October.
Simply Teeth, which now has three practice locations in Essex, England, has acquired CJ Dental Studio, a four-surgery, fully private dental practice located on Ongar Road in Brentwood, England.
Nib Dental Care, an Australian DSO, has opened a new location in Brisbane, QLD. The also have one location in VIC, one location in ACT, and eight locations in NSW.
Crystal Dental Clinic, a four-surgery, mixed-income practice in Macclesfield, England, has been sold to Au Dental Group, a seven-location dental group based in Leicestershire, England. Au Dental Group was founded by Amin Tejani and Ambareen Tejani-Sharif. The group now owns eight practices – seven across the North West and one in Milton Keynes.
