TUSK Practice Sales advised A Beautiful Smile in its sale to MB2 Dental.
Group Dentistry Now’s Emerging Dental Group to Watch in 2023 winner, Archway Dental Partners, is now the largest DSO in Connecticut. The growing group just announced a partnership with Dr. Vipul Patel and the CT Dental Management team and their five CT dental practices:
- Complete Dental Connecticut – North Haven
- Stratford Modern Dentistry – Stratford
- Sono Dental Group – Norwalk
- New London Dental Care – New London
- Care Dental Center – Hartford
Shared Practices Group, announced the Grand Opening of Suncoast Dental & Implants in Palm Harbor, FL. Named one of Group Dentistry Now’s Emerging Dental Group to Watch in 2023, SPG originated from the popular Shared Practices Podcast, founded in 2017. The group continues to build on its innovative approach to dental practice ownership and growth.
Triumphant Partners served as advisor to:
- A general practice owner in Las Vegas, Nevada, during its sale to Signature Dental Partners, led by Carlo Ronci.
- A four-location pediatric and orthodontic dental group based in Decatur, Marietta, Cumming, and Norcross, Georgia, in its sale to Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners, led by Nate Thompson and Carlo Ronci.
Pearl Street Dental Partners continues its expansion into West Texas with the addition of Grimes Dentistry in Lubbock, a 11,000-square-foot practice with a team of five experienced doctors.
PDS Health opened eight de novo dental practices. The integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states:
- Golden Modern Dentistry in Golden, Colorado.
- The Dental Office on Cloud in Andover, Kansas.
- San Pedro Smiles Dentistry in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
- Sandia Ridge Dentists in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Aspen Dental opened two new office locations:
- Zachary, Louisiana, to be led by Jeffery Riso, DDS

Dental365 continued expanding into Ohio with the acquisition of Van Buren Dental, Kettering, OH
Smile Partners USA welcomed Dr. Adam Cotant and AC Dentistry as the newest member of the SPUSA network. Located in Birmingham, Alabama, this addition brings the group’s total office count to 115.
SALT Dental Partners welcomed three new partner practices:
- Howard Orthodontics, Millersville, PA, led by Dr. Eric Howard
- Brick Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, P.C., Brick, NJ
- Riverdale Park Pediatric Dentistry, Riverdale Park, MD
Haven Dental, a Southlake, Texas practice founded by Dr. Tyler Brady, has been acquired by Lumio Dental. Known for its impressive social media presence with more than 377,000 Instagram followers, Haven Dental is located in the Greater Dallas–Fort Worth area. Its digital reach and patient-centered approach made it a standout practice and a highly attractive acquisition for Lumio Dental.
Choice Dental Group announced the opening of Killeen Choice Dental, its newest practice dedicated to serving families across Bell County, Texas. Led by Clinical Director Dr. Daood Alvi and CEO Ayesha Alvi, the group has grown from a single practice into a network serving multiple Central Texas communities, including Temple, Taylor, Copperas Cove, and now Killeen.
Blue Sea Dental welcomed their newest location, North Lakewood Dental, serving Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch, FL. Blue Seas Dental is headquartered in Fort Myers, FL and was founded in 2018. The non-branded group has nine Florida locations.
Brightwood Capital Advisors, LLC provided financing to Motor City Dental Partners, a Michigan-based, doctor-owned dental platform. The funding will refinance existing debt, support acquisitions, and strengthen the company’s balance sheet. Raymond James & Associates advised MCDP. MCDP is headquartered in Michigan and was founded in 2012.
Allied OMS has expanded into the Greater Austin market through a partnership with Heart of Texas Oral Surgery, led by Dr. Jeff Alford. Allied OMS partners with oral and maxillofacial surgery practices nationwide, combining the autonomy of private practice with the scale and resources of institutional support. The organization empowers surgeons to shape the future of their specialty and currently supports providers across more than 50 locations in the U.S.
Abra Health Group has expanded its footprint in Connecticut with the launch of Presto Dental, a new multi-specialty practice in Bridgeport offering general, pediatric, and orthodontic care under one roof. This marks the group’s first Presto Dental location in the state, complementing its four All About Kids pediatric practices. Founded in 2008 by Drs. Michael and Brooke Skolnick, Abra Health Group continues to grow rapidly, now operating 23 locations and employing over 1,000 team members across Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics has announced the grand opening of its newest location in Lakewood, Colorado, along with the opening of its 50th practice in Lubbock, Texas. Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is a multi-specialty dental group, dedicated to delivering care in a fun and engaging environment.
A family-owned dental group from North Yorkshire, England is expanding with a new 3,000-square-foot practice in Knaresborough. The Dental Hub, founded by husband-and-wife team James and Frida Prince, is opening its fourth UK location, adding five full-time positions with room for future growth. The couple launched their first practice in Wetherby in 2012 and have since expanded into York and Harrogate to serve more patients across the region.
Dental Care Ireland welcomed Railway Dental Surgery in Cavan, led by Dr. Frances Vickerman. With this addition, their nationwide team grows to nearly 700 professionals. Established in 2014, Dental Care Ireland now comprises a network of 37 practices across the country.
