Elizabeth Davis is promoted from Director of Revenue to VP of Revenue & Payer Relations at PepperPointe Partnerships. She has previously held positions at Supero Healthcare Solutions and Physician Practice Specialists. PepperPointe Partnerships was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Greg White leads the DPO.
Danielle Cuthbertson joined Motor City Dental Partners as their Vice President of Revenue Cycle. Prior to this position she worked in RCM at GEN4 Dental Partners and DECA Dental Group; she also worked in operations at Pacific Dental Services. Danielle began her career as a manager at Starbucks. Founded in 2012 with one orthodontic office, Motor City Dental Partners formally established in 2021.
ICON Dental Partners announced the appointment of Jon Copeland, DDS as their Chief Dental Officer. Dr. Copeland is also a practicing dentist at Town Center Dental in Wildwood, MO and the President of Missouri Dental Association. ICON was founded in 2021.
Kim Seiling is promoted from Billing Specialist to Director of Market Operations TN at Marquee Dental Partners. She previously spent over 13 years at Smile Brands, Inc in administrative roles. Marquee Dental Partners has nearly 30 brands in over 50 office locations in the Southeastern United States.
Sage Dental promoted James D. Caldwell III to Senior Director of Construction and Facilities. Prior to this position he has held various facilities management positions at Sage Dental as well as Hero Practice Services. He began his career as a construction foreman.
After spending the past eight years with the American Dental Association (ADA), Chris Tampio has joined Heartland Dental as their Vice President of Government Affairs. Prior to working for the ADA as the Director of Congressional Affairs, Chris was and advisor at Cozen O’Connor and Dickstein Shapiro. Heartland Dental has over 2,800 doctors in over 1,700 locations across 39 states and the District of Columbia.
Tim Vanderlick joined the team at Rock Dental Brands as Director of Business Development. He came from Envista Holding Corporation where he was the Senior Territory Manager. He has help management and business development positions at Clar Smiles, OrthoAccel Technolgies, Inc. and Align Technolgy. He began his career as a sales rep for Abbott Laboratories. Rock Dental is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas and was founded in 2015.
Kirk Anthony Clanton has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the DSO comprised of Godley Station Dental, Satilla Family Smiles and Lexington Family Smiles, owned by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Matthew Allen and Chief Financial Officer Melinda Allen. Godley Station Dental was established in 2004. Kirk comes to Godley Station Dental from South Coast Medical Group where he served as Director of Operations Multispecialty Group.
DECA Dental Group welcomed Zahra Nurani as their new Chief Marketing Officer. Zahra brings extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and consumer insights, most recently leading national marketing for Burger King. DECA Dental Group is a Dallas-based, clinician founded, and clinician led, dental service organization. Founded in 2008, DECA is actively expanding its footprint coast-to-coast under the brand Ideal Dental.
Claribel Bueno has joined Areo Dental Group as the new Operations Manager. She recently relocated from Boston to Chicago to take on this role, working alongside Dr. Abhishek Nagaraj, Dr. Anushka Gaglani, and Caitlin Maehr. Before joining Areo Dental Group, Claribel served as a Regional Manager at New England Dental Partners. She also spent 12 years at 42 North Dental, where she started as a Patient Care Coordinator and steadily advanced to Integration Manager.
Pamela Buscemi left Motor City Dental Partners to become Vice President Revenue Cycle at Premier Dentist Partners. She also served as VP of Business Operations at Marquee Dental Partners. Before that, she spent over 20 years at Great Expressions Dental Centers, where she held various leadership roles in revenue management, operations, and integrations. Premier Dentist Partners operates practices across the northeastern and midwestern United States.
Dr. Thomas Clark was welcomed as General Manager of Growth and Partnerships at Impression Dental Group. With a unique background as a dentist turned finance and healthcare transactions expert, Tom brings a deep understanding of both clinical practice and business strategy. He has also worked with EY in Singapore on healthcare transactions. Impression Dental Group is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Lisa Kottke is promoted from North American Key Account Manager to US Strategic National Account Manager at Ivoclar. Prior to Ivoclar, Lisa worked for Henry Schein, Henry Schein One, and Southern Heights Dental Group.
