Dr. Eric Tobler leaves DCA as their Chief Clinical Officer to return to clinical practice full time back in Utah with Stonehaven Dental and Mortenson Dental Partners. He had previously served as National Director of Clinical Affairs and Regional President at Mortenson Family Dental for a decade.
Andrea Edelen received the ‘Standout Seven Corporate Award’ from the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. With more than 20 years in dental hygiene, Andrea has been the Director of Dental Hygiene and Clinical Support at Mortenson Dental Partners for over eight years.
Sonrava Health, a national family of dental brands including Western Dental, Brident, DentalWorks, and Perfect Teeth, announced the appointment of Tony Caskey as President, Clinic Operations – DentalWorks. Tony brings more than 13 years of healthcare and retail leadership experience, including executive roles at MyEyeDr. and CVS Health. At MyEyeDr., he helped scale operations from 650 to over 850 locations. Prior to that, he successfully led the integration of more than 1,600 Target pharmacies into CVS Health operations, driving measurable gains in service quality and retention. Tony will oversee clinic operations for DentalWorks, spanning 18 states.
Todd Pachello joins Passion Dental (Formerly known as New England Family Dentistry) as their new President – Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining the group, Todd was at Pacific Dental Services for over 13 years holding regional manager, operations and regional partner positions. Passion is a nonbranded group operating dental office across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Upstate New York.
Vito Dacchille leaves his role as CEO at Smile Partners USA to join Shore Dental Partners as their CEO. He has also held CEO roles at Gentle Dental, Advanced Dermatology, and Great Expressions Dental Centers. Shore Dental Partners has eight Florida locations and is headquartered in Tampa.
Meghan Markland was promoted to Director of RCM at Elevate Dental Partners. Elevate Dental Partners is headquartered in Denver, CO and was founded in 2019.
Holly Swanson joined Sage Dental as their Director of Operations. Prior to this role she was a training specialist at Zelis and a Director of District Operators at Smile Brands Inc. Sage Dental has over 140 practices across the southeastern US and was founded 30 years ago.
Todd Anderson joined Endodontic Practice Partners as their Vice President Operations. Prior to this position, he was with New England Dental Partners, 42 North Dental, Evolution Dental, ImmediaDent and Aspen Dental.
Imagen Dental Partners hired Buddy Rozas as their new Director of Business Development. He was previously with Neocis and Heartland Dental.
Kara Piraino stepped into the role of Executive Director of Operations & Strategy at Empire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. She has held integration positions at Pediatric Associates, Select Dental Managment, and Adirondack Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Megan Giggey is promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Branin. Branin is a private group of dental offices, 100% owned, controlled and led by the partnered dentists in the group and is not PE-backed. It was founded by CEO, Scott Dudley DMD, MBA, M.S.Ed, FAGD.
Monique Bell was promoted to VP of Operations from Regional Director of Operations at Heartland Dental.
Sonrava Health welcomed Amanda Mendoza as the new Director of Dental Hygiene. Prior to this, Amanda was with Peak Dental Services for over 12 years. She began her dental career as an RDH. Sonrava Health is a national family of health and wellness companies.

2025 Inc. 5000 Methodology: How They Selected These Companies
Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 through 2024. To be eligible for the Inc. 5000, a company must:
- be privately held, for profit, and independent (not a subsidiary or a division of another company)
- have been founded and generating revenue as of March 31, 2021
- have generated a minimum of $100,000 in revenue in 2021
- have generated a minimum of $2 million in revenue in 2024
Growth rates used to determine rankings were calculated to four decimal places. All honorees must pass Inc. editorial review.
