Southern Orthodontic Partners welcomed Ryan Moynihan as their Chief Commercial Officer. Ryan joins the group with nearly 20 years of experience in the dental and orthodontic industries and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Most recently, he served as CEO of Gaidge and as Vice President of Orthodontics for PracticeTek. In his new role, Ryan will lead key growth and efficiency initiatives across the SOP platform, including expanding their network of doctors and locations, rolling out our standardized TC Playbook, and advancing digital transformation efforts.
beBright, a doctor-founded, doctor-led dual-specialty support organization focused on integrated pediatric and orthodontic care announced the appointment of Kyle Clay as Chief Executive Officer. Kyle, who most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, will lead beBright’s next phase of organic growth and continue advancing the company’s mission. Since joining beBright, Kyle has driven operational transformation, expanded support systems for providers, and built scalable infrastructure to support a rapidly growing network. He brings extensive multi-site healthcare experience, including prior C-suite roles in dental services and operational leadership roles at DaVita.
Diane Sparks joined ICON Dental Partners as their new Vice President of Accounting. Diane is a CPA with over 40 years of accounting experience and more than 20 years in the healthcare sector. Her expertise, leadership, and strategic vision will be instrumental in strengthening ICON’s brand and supporting our mission to empower dental entrepreneurs across the country.
Chandan Advani stepped into the role of Chief Dental Officer at 123Dentist. He was previously their Senior VP. 123Dentist, one of Canada’s fastest growing DSOs, recently entered a definitive agreement to acquire MCA Dental Group, an Ottawa-based organization with 27 locations across Ontario and Québec. The company also announced that Jeff Leger became CEO on July 2, 2025.
Seva Dental Team welcomed Shannon Erdos-Jock, RDH as Director of Hygiene Development. She has also held positions at Spear Education, Aspen Dental Management, Inc and Pacific Dental Services.
Jeff Ungrund returned to Heartland Dental as their new VP of Affiliations. He had previously spent nearly a decade at Heartland on the affiliations team.
Great Expressions Dental Centers promoted Kristen Maisel as Manager, Business Analysts. She has been at GEDC for a decade in various analyst positions. Founded in 1982, Great Expressions has 250 practices in 9 states.
TAG The Aspen Group announced that Michael Jimenez, DDS, and Armen Grigoryan, DDS, have been appointed Clinical Directors of Implant Support. Dr. Jimenez first joined the Aspen Dental network nearly nine years ago and previously served as a multi-practice owner in the Columbia, S.C., area. Dr. Grigoryan has more than 12 years of experience with Aspen Dental as a partner and practice owner and brings a lifelong passion for dentistry to his new role.
Image Specialty Partners promoted Kevin Evers to Director of Corporate Development. The specialty DSO is based in San Francisco, California, and was founded and built by dental providers.
Dustin Kittle joined Dove Dental Group as the Director of Operations. He previously held operations positions at Rock Dental Brands and Heartland Dental.
Lowell Wiener has joined Archway Dental Partners as Chief Financial Officer. Archway supports over 70 providers and his headquartered in Danbury, CT. Previously he held financial management positions at Ideal Image, Henkel, Danone, and GE.
Matt Alexander joined Motor City Dental Partners as their Marketing Director. He previously held the role of Marketing Strategist at Heartland Dental. MCDP was founded in 2012 with one orthodontic office.
