TUSK Partners’ one-day workshop is specifically for companies that are not yet backed by private equity funding, to aid entrepreneurs in maximizing the value of their businesses during a sale to a strategic or financial partner. The TUSK Partners M&A Workshop will focus on maximizing the value of a DSO in a sale, regardless of whether the owner sells it. This hands-on working session will provide actionable items that attendees can take back to their businesses on Monday morning.
Scaling Your Dental Practice Bootcamp
This comprehensive training program is designed to help dental professionals take their practices to the next level. The bootcamp, led by industry experts Gary Bird (SMC National) and Dee Fischer (Fischer’s Professional Group), covers a range of topics including marketing, financial management, team building, and patient retention. Throughout the bootcamp, participants will learn practical strategies for attracting new patients, improving efficiency and productivity, and increasing profitability. They will also have the opportunity to network with their peers and share best practices.
Building Blocks of HR Due Diligence Workshop
HR for Health is excited to partner with the Dykema DSO team to offer a hands-on workshop about the importance of conducting human resources due diligence during practice transitions. This workshop is created specifically for owners and those working in operations, finance, and human resources in a group practice who want to understand the general health of potential acquisitions and any associated people-related risks. Open to DSO/practice owners, CFOs, CEOs, COOs, and CPOs (Chief People Officers), this workshop will focus on identifying people-related and compliance risks in dental practices and how to mitigate those risks when selling a practice or limiting one’s liability when purchasing a new practice. The session will provide attendees with actionable takeaways that can be implemented in a business plan immediately.
Dental Tech Discovery Workshop
Dykema has partnered with Revere Partners to offer a half-day workshop created specifically for dental groups seeking to evaluate their tech stack to aid leadership in identifying technology solutions that increase efficiency of the dental team and improve the patient experience. Revere Partners has worked with hundreds of dental technology startups to be the go-to resource for dental solutions across the full patient journey and office workflow. The workshop will focus on a round-robin review of each step of patient and office workflows and the newest technology available so attendees will walk away with new solutions useful to daily practice.
