North Carolina remains one of the most restrictive states for dental support organizations to operate. But those restrictive state regulations are not stopping smaller dental group practices from growing in the Tar Heel state. Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry is a perfect example of the opportunities for dental group growth in North Carolina.
Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry will be opening its fifth practice location in South Charlotte in November 2016. The latest location for Charlotte Pediatric will be at Waverly, a multi-use, pedestrian-friendly community. Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry will occupy a portion of the second floor in Waverly’s Second Medical Office Building (MOB II). Waverly features living, dining, retail, and medical space, which includes dental and aesthetic surgery, pediatrics, urgent care, occupational medicine, rehabilitation, eye care, and an allergy/asthma center. The site is a joint venture between Crosland Southeast, Childress Klein, and the Matthews family who has owned the property for over 150 years.
“We are fortunate to be a part of the Waverly development. The new location will help us continue to evolve, keeping pace with Charlotte’s busy families, and Waverly’s emphasis on the healthy lifestyle for families fits perfectly with our practice’s core values,” says Dr. David Moore, owner of Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry.
Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry is a dental practice dedicated to serving the children of the greater Charlotte area for over twenty-five years. This new kid’s dentist office in South Charlotte is an opportunity to serve new and existing patients in one of the fastest growing areas of Charlotte. The other Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry offices are located in Midtown, Davidson, University, and the recently opened children’s dentist office in Gastonia.
“Charlotte Pediatric Dentistry has a long heritage of providing excellent care for children in the Charlotte area,” says Moore. “The convenience of all that a Waverly location provides is a perfect fit for our busy moms. Now good dental health in a loving environment is literally right around the corner.”
