Waud Capital of Chicago has entered into a partnership with Dimensional Dental, a dental support organization with 30 practices in New Jersey and Michigan. Dimensional Dental represents an entry point for Waud Capital Partners into the dental market and serves as a platform to execute a growth strategy with both de novo openings and acquisitions.
Founded in 1978 by Dr. Melvin Feiler and Joel Sharenow, Dimensional Dental supports 23 offices in New Jersey under the Eastern Dental brand, and seven offices in Michigan under the Midwestern Dental brand. Waud Capital is partnering with the second generation of Dimensional’s leadership, Dr. Aaron Feiler, Mark Nachmias and Steven Swissman, to recapitalize the Company and position it for growth.
Beyond Dimensional’s existing leadership team, Waud has partnered with several other healthcare executives to build out an exceptional senior management team, including new Chief Executive Officer, Vito Dacchille. Vito’s DSO background includes his experience with Interdent as their CEO and Mr. Dacchille was also the COO at Great Expressions Dental Centers. Mike Smith (Chief Information Officer) and Dr. Cindy Roark (Clinical Advisor and Board Member) have joined Dimensional’s senior leadership team as well. Both Mr. Smith and Dr Roark previously worked at the DSO Coast Dental.
