David Clark North, 60, CEO at Squire Dental Group and a resident of Metuchen, NJ passed suddenly on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the JFK Medical Center in Edison.  To sign his guest book, click HERE.


Michelle Brumfield was promoted from Executive Director of Operations to VP of CTS at Blue Sage Management Group. She is accountable for enterprise non-clinical operations, field performance governance, and the central services platform supporting multi-site growth. Blue Sage Management Group is a pediatric dental management organization in the St. Louis metropolitan area.


P1 Dental Partners announced the following promotions:

Mortenson Dental Partners (MDP) announced the promotion of Jeff Reibel to President and Chief Financial Officer.  In his expanded role, Reibel will assume new responsibilities for MDP’s business development functions, including oversight of inorganic growth, integration, and facilities management. He will also retain his current functions as Chief Financial Officer. Reibel joined MDP in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.

MDP also celebrated its CEO, Bill Becknell, who was named one of the 2025 Most Admired CEOs by Louisville Business First.


George Maney became Chief Financial Officer at Smile Partners USA. He most recently worked as CFO at Chord Specialty Dental Partners. He also worked for Jefferson Dental Clinics as CEO and also CFO for six years.


Premier Care Dental Management (PCDM), the parent organization of Dental365 and Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry, announced the appointment of Dr. Joshua E. Gish, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, as President of the organization. Since joining PCDM in 2019, Dr. Gish has steadily expanded his leadership responsibilities, most recently serving as President of Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry. In his new role as President of Premier Care Dental Management, Dr. Gish will oversee the strategic alignment and continued growth of both Dental365 and Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry.


PepperPointe Partnerships expanded senior leadership team with three new vice president roles:

  • Alex Dotson has been promoted to Vice President of Operational Support after more than six years with PepperPointe Partnerships. In his new role, Dotson will focus on strengthening operational systems, improving cross-functional communication, and enhancing the performance of PepperPointe’s support services. He will oversee the IT, Procurement and Vendor Relations, and Data Analytics teams.
  • Alisa Houp has been promoted from Director of Accounting to Vice President of Financial Operations, a role that expands her leadership scope and strategic influence within the organization. In her new position, Houp will oversee PepperPointe’s finance and accounting functions, as well as the revenue cycle management team.
  • Nicole Nickels, CPA, joined PepperPointe Partnerships as Vice President of Strategic Finance, bringing more than 12 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant providing strategic financial leadership. In this role, Nickels will lead financial planning and analysis, support new growth opportunities, and support strategic client initiatives.

Parkview Dental announced the appointment of Lisa Burris as its new Director of Business Development. With over two decades of experience in sales, business development, and M&A across healthcare, technology, and business services, Burris has established a reputation for leading multi-million-dollar transactions, expanding territory revenue, and fostering long-term relationships with executives, founders, and investors.


Dr. David Little was promotion to Chief Dental at Star Dental Partners. Since joining Star in 2020, Dr. Little has been a clinical leader, mentor, and advisor. In his new role, Dr. Little will focus on supporting doctor recruiting and retention, expanding clinical education, strengthening doctor connection across the organization, improving hygiene productivity, and leading their Clinical Advisory Board.


Jenine Colello joined Appaloosa Dental Partners as their Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. Prior to this position, she held revenue cycle director roles at both Oak Dental Partners and Star Dental Partners.


Dr. Corey Hastings became Chief Enterprise Officer at Blue Sage Management Group. He is also the founder, owner and operator of the group. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Blue Sage Management Group supports six affiliated pediatric dental practices in Illinois and Missouri.


U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) congratulated its surgeon partner Chadwick J. Marshall, DMD, MD, who was recently appointed by Governor Ron Desantis to serve on the Florida Board of Dentistry. Dr. Marshall is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with Gulf Coast Facial & Oral Surgery. He is a board member and former president of the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. In addition, he is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Okaloosa-Walton Dental Study Club.


Bluetree Dental announced that Dr. Brent Corbridge has been named CEO, succeeding Steven L. DeLong, Co-Founder. Also a co-founder of the organization, Dr. Corbridge has served as a key clinical and administrative leader since Bluetree’s inception and is recognized for his steady, thoughtful, and mission-driven approach. Dr. DeLong will continue to support the organization in an ongoing role on the board and as an advisor to Dr. Corbridge and the leadership team.


Haley Wright recently joined Apex Dental Partners as Chief People Officer, where she leads talent development and organizational effectiveness in support of Apex’s growing network of dental practices. She brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience, with a background in building scalable people programs, strengthening culture, and aligning talent initiatives with business growth. Prior to joining Apex, Haley held senior HR leadership roles, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, supporting multi-location and complex operational environments.


Heartland Dental promoted Rene Gentile to VP of Strategy. She has been with the DSO for nearly six years. What started from the entrepreneurial spirit of Rick Workman, DMD, with his single dental practice, has evolved into affiliating with over 2,800 doctors in over 1,700 locations across 39 states and the District of Columbia.


Brandi Cartner was promoted to Vice President of Practice Training & Development at Sage Dental. She has also worked for Aspen Dental Management.


Tina Patton was promoted to Vice President, Provider Relations & Development at Dental Care Alliance. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Sarasota, FL, Dental Care Alliance supports more than 400 affiliated dental practices in 24 states.


Real Good Dental named Cheryl Reynolds Head of Operations Scotland & Ireland. She has been with the grow for over three years. She previously world for Clyde Munro Dental Group. Headquartered in Edinburgh, nearly 100 dental practices and facial aesthetics clinics operate under the Real Good Dental banner.


Veronica Werne, who has been with Specialty Dental Brands for five years, has been promoted to VP of Human Resources. Specialty Dental Brands is a niche support organization focused exclusively on building a network of specialty dental practices.


Jenna Dominski left Elite Dental Partners and has joined Silver Creek Dental Partners as Director of Communications. Silver Creek is headquartered in Dana Point, CA.


Dr. Lyubov Slashcheva has been promoted to Chief Transformation Officer at Apple Tree Dental. She will lead innovation to advance oral health, overseeing research, policy, and advocacy efforts. With nine Centers for Dental Health in Minnesota, a Community Outreach Center, and an On-Site Care Program, their dentists and multilingual staff provide preventive care and treatment to more than 37,000 patients each year.


Dr. Clifton Cameron has taken on an expanded role as President of Lightwave Dental while continuing to serve as Chief Dental Officer. He is also the founder of CarolinasDentist.


The Aspen Group (TAG) has been named one of Built In’s 2026 Best Large Places to Work in Chicago. TAG’s Chicago headquarters, located in the vibrant Fulton Market district, serves as the center of its learning and development ecosystem, comprised of The Aspen Group University (TAG U) and the nearby Oral Care Center for Excellence.


Jon Roxarzade DDS joined PDS Health as the Senior Manager of School Relations. He previously worked for PDS as a Regional Operations Manager. He also works as an assistant professor at UNLV School of Dental Medicine.


Steve Arbabi left Lightwave Dental and joined Smile Now Dentures and Implants as the COO. He has also worked at Dentive, Smile Brands Inc and Candid. Smile Now currently has nine practices across the US.


Liz Snelgrove accepted a position as Chief Operations Officer at Pediatric Dental Group. The three-location group is headquartered in Orlando, Florida.


Mandy Kehrt Gast joined Lone Peak Dental Group as Chief Development Officer. She was previously with Aesthetic Brokers and DCA in business development roles.


Dorota Girton has been promoted to VP of Marketing and Custer Experience at Eastern Dental. Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Avenel, NJ, Eastern offers 20 locations throughout New Jersey. Eastern Dental also promoted Steven Farrell to CFO.  He was promoted from VP Finance & Controller.
