June’s DSO Deal Roundup includes new practice partnerships, de novo openings, acquisitions, financing updates and platform activity across the U.S. and international dental markets:

Imagen Dental Partners announced two new practice partnerships this month. In Houston, Imagen welcomed Cosmetic Smiles, led by prosthodontist Dr. Leticia Perezous, to its DPO community. In Bellevue, Wash., Imagen also partnered with Pineview Aesthetic & Family Dentistry, led by Dr. Gannon Stahl.


Archway Dental Partners announced the acquisition of Children’s Dental Care, a pediatric dental practice located in Brookfield, Connecticut. Children’s Dental Care is led by Dr. Jenny Federman.


MAX Surgical Specialty Management announced two new partnerships in Pennsylvania, bringing its footprint in the state to 12 surgeons across 12 practice locations:

  • A partnership with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons P.C. brings four new locations in Doylestown, Quakertown, Warminster and Chalfont into the platform. This partnership deepens MAX’s presence across Bucks County and the greater Philadelphia area.
  • A partnership with Oral Associates of the Main Line, which has locations in Exton and Paoli, deepening MAX’s presence in the western Philadelphia suburbs. This partnership brings into the network two physicians with deep roots in the Main Line community.

SGA Dental Partners, Gen4 Dental Partners and Modis Dental Partners have united to form a single national organization that will move forward under the SGA Dental Partners banner. the combined platform brings together more than 250 locations and over 500 dentists across 26 states. LADD Dental Group expanded into Rushville, Ind., welcoming Dr. Randy Young’s Rushville Family Dental Care led by Dr. Olsen Cottle and introducing a newly renovated office designed to serve families across the community with updated technology and a renewed patient experience.


In June, PDS Health opened 5 de novo dental practices. The leading integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,100 offices in 24 states.


Lone Peak Dental Group secured a $15 million mezzanine investment from o15 Capital Partners. The investment supports Lone Peak’s pediatric dental services platform and its continued growth strategy. Learn more HERE.


Dental Care Alliance closed a transaction designed to significantly strengthen its long-term financial foundation and support continued growth. The transaction reduces DCA’s total funded debt by more than $1.1 billion, provides the Company with $95 million of new capital, and extends debt maturities to 2031.


Parkview Dental Partners launched a de novo practice in Westchase, Tampa, further expanding its Florida footprint. The new office operates under the Bayview Dental brand and brings Parkview’s supported practice count to 26.


Park Dental Partners expanded its presence in Rochester, Minn., with the addition of Zumbro View Dental. Zumbro View Dental is led by a single doctor, Dr. Tom Haugen. Park Dental Partners entered the Rochester market in 2016 with Park Dental Rochester and has steadily expanded its presence there over the past decade. Apollo Dental was added in 2022 and Greenview Cosmetic & Family Dentistry was added in 2023. The addition of Zumbro View Dental further strengthens its regional footprint. The Company currently has four practices and six doctors in Rochester.


Divine Dental LLC, a dental healthcare company servicing South Baltimore and the surrounding areas through Brooklyn Park Dental, is expanding into Annapolis with the acquisition and grand reopening of Lighthouse Family Dentistry.


MFD Dental, which has six Massachusetts locations, was acquired by Smile Partners USA.


Sage Dental opened Sage Dental Kids of East Orlando, expanding access to pediatric dental care in the Orlando market.


North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery announced an expansion into Pittsburgh’s South Hills community. The new Vanadium Road location is expected to support oral surgery, implant dentistry and jaw surgery services. The group has four locations.


Guardian Dentistry Partners welcomed Dr. Sahil Vasa of Matthews Family Dentistry as a new partner. Dr. Vasa brings implant training, Invisalign experience and deep ties to the Charlotte-area dental community.

Innovate 32 partnered with Viridian Dental Partners, expanding its presence across Middle Tennessee. The group is focused on the South and Mid-Atlantic regions.


Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners expanded its debt financing with new capital from Saratoga Investment Corp., adding growth capital to support its pediatric dentistry and orthodontic platform. Vitana also announced:


Operation Dental entered a new market in the Florida Panhandle through the acquisition of two Pensacola practices. With a growing network of practices across Jacksonville, Sarasota, and Central Florida, Operation Dental continues to expand its reach throughout the state. The acquisition follows several significant milestones for Operation Dental, including the expansion of its Gulf Coast footprint through the acquisition of a Bradenton practice, the successful rebrand and relocation of Heathrow Dentistry, and the addition of Dr. Jack Bansbach, DMD, Dr. Woowon Choi, DMD, Dr. Graham Jones, DMD, and Dr. Jonathan Petrie, DMD.


Specialized Dental Partners welcomed:


Advance Capital Partners, a private equity investor focused on the Adriatic region, has signed a share purchase agreement with Provectus Capital Partners to acquire a 50% stake in Adria Dental Group, the largest dental services platform in Southeast Europe. Following the transaction, Provectus and Advance Capital Partners will jointly support ADG’s next phase of growth. Adria Dental Group operates a network of 12 clinics across 16 locations in Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy.
