P3 Partners Oral Surgery has appointed Dr. J. Marshall Green III, DDS, MDIV as the organization’s Chief Clinical Officer. As the Chief Clinical Officer at P3 Partners Oral Surgery and President of Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery, Dr. Marshall Green brings more than 15 years of dental experience and nearly two decades of military leadership to the West Virigina-based specialty group.
Aspen Dental® announced that Dr. Mindy Streem has joined Aspen Dental Management Inc. as its new Director of Orthodontic Support. Dr. Streem will leverage her extensive clinical skills and leadership experience to further elevate Aspen Dental’s growing clear aligner offering, enhance patient care, and promote the integration of orthodontic expertise across Aspen Dental practices. Dr. Streem brings more than 15 years of experience in private practice, where she has served both as an owner and partner.
Additionally, Sara Graham was promoted to Senior VP at Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) and Jason Elkhouri was promoted to Senior Director of Operations at Aspen Dental.
Heartland Dental welcomed:
- Sherianne James joined as their new Chief Marketing Officer. Sherianne brings over 30 years of experience, with a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including consumer products, home appliances, and optical healthcare.
- Luis Miguel Mata joined as their Senior Director of Learning and Development.
- Ben Ellis started a new position as VP, Corporate Development & Affiliations.
Kids Dental Brands has appointed David Pegg as its new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Growth Officer. In this combined role, Pegg will oversee financial strategy and lead growth initiatives to expand the company’s national presence. David’s most recent role was Chief Growth Officer at Dental Care Alliance where he contributed to significant market expansion.
Newly launched implant group, Reveal Dental Partners, announced their executive team:
- Houmam Ali is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. With a clinical dentistry foundation and an extensive leadership background in scaling DSOs, Houmam most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Guardian Dentistry Partners. He also worked for ClearChoice, where he held various roles, including as Vice President of Operations.
- Chris Johnson become their first Chief Operating Officer. Chris previously led multi-location operational strategies at Guardian Dentistry Partners, focusing on scaling practices and enhancing patient care.
- David Peterson joined as their EVP of Marketing. He was previously VP, Head of Marketing at BOND Orthodontic Partners where he led marketing strategies that strengthened brand preference and engagement.
- Kyle Peterson was welcomed as their VP of Finance. He previously held the title of VP, Finance and Operations at Broadstep Behavioral Health where he managed seven acquisitions and over 100% revenue growth.
- Tanner Nemec joined as the Controller.
US Oral Surgery Management announced the following promotions:
- Kevin Stewart was promoted to Senior Director Business Development
- Connor Copeland was promoted to Senior Director of Finance
Australian-based Impression Dental Group welcomed Dr. Tom Clarke as their new General Manager – Partnerships and Growth, bringing his expertise from EY-Parthenon in Singapore. He is a graduate of Melbourne Dental School.
Scott Wollenschlager joined ICON Dental Partners as their VP, Operations Western Region. Over the course of his career, Scott has successfully Managed portfolios generating more than $150 million in revenue and achieving a 35% EBITDA.
Smile Partners USA made the following personnel announcements:
- Scott Bishop was promoted to Senior VP of Operations. Scott is a veteran of the DSO space having previously held operations positions at PDS, DECA Dental Group, and Community Dental Partners.
- Dr. John Poczatek was promoted from Vice President of Operations to Vice President of Clinical Affairs. Dr. Poczatek practiced dentistry for nineteen years before joining Smile Partners USA in 2021. His natural leadership ability coupled with decades of industry experience has proven instrumental to their growth.
Jeremy Fuls exited Maeva Dental Advisors and joined Partnerships for Dentists as their Director of Operations.
Jason Jones joined DECA Dental Group as their new Director of Training and Organizational Development.
Tracy Jacob was promoted to Head of Operations at PortmanDentex and Louis Oates is promoted from Head of Operations England & Wales to Chief Operating Officer.
Jacquelyn Staats left D4C Dental Brands, Inc and joined Dynamic Dental Services Group as their Vice President Operations.
Aaron Ellis was promoted to Vice President of Business Development at MB2 Dental.
Suzanne Jackson has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer to President & COO of Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics.
Elizabeth Ruggiero became DSO Director of Hygiene at ProSmile.
Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners promoted Dayana Leme to VP of Human Resources.
Oakpoint welcomed Rick Hrdlicka as their new CFO. He previously worked for Smile Partners USA where he led financial strategy, strengthening its operations and bottom line over nearly seven years and over 100 practices.
After 16 years with DCA, Shawna Eury leaves and joins Great Expression Dental Centers as their Division VP.
Nancy Attia joined Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry after spending the past 7 years at Dental365.
SALT Dental Partners welcomed Meghan Hernandez as their new VP of RCM. She is a DSO veteran having also held RCM positions at Simply Beautiful Smiles, ProSmile, and Smart Arches Implant Centers.
Dan Hill joined Rock Dental Brands as their newest Director of Business Development.
Nik Sethi, a partner at Dental Beauty Basildon, was appointed as the new President of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (BAAD).
Larry Ambrose joined the Kleer and Membersy team as their Director of Customer Success, Enterprise.
