Lone Peak Dental Group, a pediatric-focused dental support organization, has acquired 11 pediatric dental and orthodontic practices across Georgia and South Carolina, further expanding its presence in the Southeast. It is headquartered in Englewood, CO.
The acquisition includes:
• Carolina Dental Docs – Columbia, SC and Spartanburg, SC
• Children’s Dental Center – Two locations in Cartersville, GA, one location in Rome, GA, and one location in Acworth, GA
• Novus Orthodontics – Columbia, SC, Spartanburg, SC, Anderson, SC, and Cartersville, GA
• Foster Orthodontics – Anderson, SC
The expansion strengthens Lone Peak Dental Group’s commitment to increasing access to pediatric dental and orthodontic care for children and families throughout Georgia and South Carolina, including underserved communities and Medicaid families.
With the support of Lone Peak’s platform, the newly partnered practices will continue providing personalized pediatric dental and orthodontic care while gaining additional resources to help expand access, support operational growth, and maintain welcoming environments designed specifically for children.
