Hudson Dental, a new de
ntal group in the Northeastern U.S., announces a partnership with its first dental practice in the state of New York.
Hudson Dental is led by Haim Haviv, Olaide Lawal, Richard Beckman, and Dr. Marcy Borofsky. The newly formed group is backed by Hudson Yards Capital. Hudson Yards Capital, founded in 2020, is led by Haim Haviv, Olaide Lawal, Jose Moreno, and Dr. Marcy Borofsky.
Founded in 2023, Hudson Dentals’ ideal partner is one who has owned a $775k+ dental practice with five or more operatories for 10+ years.
The emerging dental group currently has six locations (both owned and under contract) in NY and CT. They would like to expand into multiple east coast states over the next several years. Eventually, they would like to expand nationally.
Headquartered in New York City, the organization expects 5-7% organic growth and USD 15–20m in acquisition revenue annually.

Haim Haviv, CEO: Founder and CEO of Hudson Dental. Haim’s 17-year career has spanned the private and public sectors in various finance, operations, and business growth & development roles. Previously, Haviv worked for Ernst & Young, JPMorgan and The World Bank. Haim holds degrees from Tel Aviv University, Boston University and Yale University. He is a lawyer and accountant.
Dr. Marcy Borofsky, Board Member: Member of the Board of Directors and Growth & Development lead. Dr. Borofsky, DDS, has 40+ years of dental experience. Dr. Borofsky founded Smile America Partners, a mobile DSO, 21 years ago. She currently serves as their Executive Vice Chair and Member of the Board of Directors. Smile America Partners is headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Olaide Lawal, Chairman: Chairman of the Board of Directors at Hudson Dental. Olaide’s specialization includes Dental Operations, Strategy, Finance and Marketing. Olaide’s has years of experience as President of Unified Dental Care, a DSO. He holds an MBA from the College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he was a Dean’s Fellow and is a trained Civil Engineer.
Richard Beckman, Board Member: Member of the Board of Directors and Strategy Lead at Hudson Dental. Richard’s 20+ year tenure in the DSO space started at Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) in 1998. Richard has experience in marketing, leadership and management, restructuring, and executing a scalable business plan. Prior to GEDC, Richard served as a partner at a major accounting firm. Richard holds an MBA from Michigan State University.
