Sirona news: Merger with DENTSPLY & CEREC 30 in Vegas with a DSO event!

This week will probably go down as one of the busiest and most exciting weeks in Sirona’s history.  News broke yesterday that DENTSPLY and Sirona entered into a definitive merger agreement.  This merger will create the largest dental manufacturer of technology and consumable professional products.  The newly formed DENTSPLY Sirona will have a combined annual revenue of over $3.8 billion.

In other Sirona news, the largest CEREC event ever, ‘CEREC 30’, kicks off in Las Vegas at the Venetian on September 17th.

At the event, expect a lot of buzz regarding the merger, as well as many more exciting things. Just take a look at the schedule and the speakers.

An ‘invitation only’ event for DSOs and group practices will be occurring on Friday night from 6.30 to 8.  We will report back on what happened at the event soon!
