The 2018 DEO Summit: The Emerging Future of Group Dentistry is the premier yearly event for up-and-coming group dental practices. It empowers budding dental entrepreneurs to discover what the future holds for dentistry and how group practices can position them now for future success.

The Summit is a place where all stakeholders in group dentistry come together each year to network, learn, and grow their dental enterprises. It brings together industry players engaged in managed group practice — from startups to the largest DSOs — to address the fundamental, critical issues that affect their growth and success.

This year the DEO will welcome 12 speakers who will address dentistry’s “Emerging Future” with talks on subjects such as:

Including a Special Panel by the Association of Dental Support Organizations:
Profits Fund Your Future – Increasing Profitability in Your Dental Group.

Ken Cooper

When it all comes down to it, it’s profits that fund your future. Whether you use it for acquisition (practices, people or equipment), or to enhance your EBIDTA for equity funding, profit is a key component to your lasting success.

This panel is for large-group executives and masters of profitability will be assembled for the attendees to ask questions about their models and methods. How do they “squeeze more” out of what they have to generate greater profit margins?

Featuring Ken Cooper, CEO: North American Dental Group, and more featured panelists to be announced soon.
