47 Dental Group Practices, DSOs, And Dental Companies that Made Inc. 5000’s 2022 List

All of the following must be true of a company in order to qualify for the 2022 Inc. 5000:

1. Have generated revenue by March 31, 2018
2. Have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2018 (Revenues must be under one LLC. Common Paymasters are not eligible for the Inc. 5000.)
3. Have generated at least $2 million in revenue in 2021 (Revenues must be under one LLC. Common Paymasters are not eligible for the Inc. 5000.)
4. Be privately held, for-profit; based in the U.S., and independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company.)

How are companies ranked on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list?

Companies are ranked according to the percentage growth of their annual revenue over a three-year period. To assess this, they ask for base year and recent year’s revenues. The equation for growth percentage is: [(Recent Yearly revenue – Base Year revenue) / Base Year revenue] x 100 = total growth percentage.

For example, if 2018 revenue was $3 million and 2021 revenue is $15 million:

$15 million – $3 million = $12 million
12,000,000 / 3,000,000 = 4
4 x 100 = 400
Growth rate is 400 percent.
