TUSK Practice Sales advised:
- Endodontic Specialists in its partnership with Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP), a portfolio company of RC Capital. The transaction was led by Kevin Sauer, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at TUSK Practice Sales. Alex Cherniavsky, Taylor Adams, and Sam Lupton spearheaded the diligence and analytics efforts for TUSK. Endodontic Specialists has two locations. EPP supports 100 endodontists across nine states.
- Dynamic Growth Dental in its affiliation with Dental365. The transaction was led by Josh Swearingen, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at TUSK Practice Sales. Alex Cherniavsky and Sam Lupton spearheaded the diligence and analytics efforts for TUSK.
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers celebrated opening of 100th location in its network in Rochelle Park, NJ. The facility is owned and operated by Mark Andrawis, DMD, prosthodontist and owner of several ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, including Roseland and Woodbridge, NJ, as well as Long Island City, Garden City, Albany, and Buffalo, NY. Dr. Andrawis’s efforts have brought more than 115 jobs to the region, and more than 6,000 patients have been treated at his centers. Group Dentistry Now’s Kim Larson had the honor of speaking at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Western Dental & Orthodontics, a member of the Sonrava Health family of wellness companies, is taking some steps towards whole-person health with the announcement of the opening of its Reseda dental office. The office will be co-located with a LooksBrite Eye Center, which will open soon. The new facility expands access to care with two critical windows to overall health – vision and dental services – in one convenient location for the whole family.
Emerging Groups to Watch in 2024 winner, Areo Dental Group, added new partnership practice, Smiles by Farr which is led by Dr.Michael Farr.
United Dental Corporation expanded presence to Tennessee with the acquisition of Nashville, TN-based Gorham and Ammarell Dentistry. UDC’s latest acquisition represents the fourteenth practice acquisition since commencing its acquisition strategy in October 2022. UDC exclusively partners with dentists producing $2MM to $5MM in annual collections from a single location.
Foundation Dental Partners, headquartered in Alpharetta Georgia and founded in 2019, completed another partnership with a practice in the Metro Atlanta area. This brings FDP’s total number of partner practices to 36 across 4 states (GA, KY, SC and TN).
Heartland Dental grew its network of supported practices in Florida, affiliation with South Florida Sedation Dentistry in Greenacres, FL. The company also collaborated to open eight de novos, including two relocations in Phoenix, AZ and Jacksonville, FL. The Company’s new de novos span FL, ID, SC, WI, TX, NC and AZ.
Dental Implants GPS announced its newest location, Division Street Dental Group. It is in Antelope Valley, Palmdale, CA, and is led by Matthew Baker, DDS. Dental Implants GPS now has six locations which are all located in CA.
GPS Dental welcomed Stillwater Dental Associates, located in Bangor, ME, and West Suburban Oral Healthcare, located in Naperville, IL. The group now has 77 dental practice locations, and supports 170+ dentists across 21 states.
Lone Peak Dental Group, a pediatric specialty Dental Support Organization (DSO) announced the addition of four new practices in the greater Nashville area. The newly acquired Zoo Crew practices will welcome seven pediatric specialists and general dentists. With the inclusion of these new practices, Lone Peak Dental Group has gained a team of over 50 dedicated members. Ray Caruso, CEO leads Lone Peak Dental Group.
Emerging Groups to Watch in 2024 winner, Straine Dental Management, announced its affiliation with:
- Ghina Morad, DMD, located in Redwood City, California. This announcement marks SDM’s 40th affiliation
- Myers Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics practices in Middleburg and Jacksonville led by Dr. Gary R. Myers. The affiliation with Myers Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics marks a crucial milestone for SDM, expanding into Florida, and establishing the company’s first pediatric practice and widening its service offerings to include specialized care for young patients.
Imagen Dental Partners announced its newest collaboration with Dr. Neil Browning in Lawrenceville, GA. This alliance marks a significant milestone in Imagen’s goal to enhance the quality of dental care and improve operational effectiveness in the Lawrenceville region.
Dental Care Alliance (DCA) welcomed Children’s Dental Center of New Hampshire and Orthodontics Too to its growing portfolio of affiliated practices. Located in Amherst, New Hampshire, Children’s Dental Center of New Hampshire and Orthodontics Too has been a provider of pediatric and orthodontic dental services for decades, with Dr. Andrew Cheifetz leading the practice. The affiliation marks DCA’s entry into New Hampshire, bringing its footprint to 24 states.
Dentologie, a Chicago-based dental group is expanded into the suburban market for the first time with the opening of its Oak Park, Illinois location. Dentologie plans to open 8—12 more practices with continued penetration in Chicago; expand into new markets in 2024 and 2025; further develop the Dentologie tech platform; and grow the HQ team. As of the Oak Park opening, the company now operates 10 Chicagoland locations in neighborhoods like the South Loop, Streeterville, Bucktown, West Loop, Clark & Diversey, Gold Coast, River North, Southport Corridor, Lincoln Park, and more.
Dental365 announced grand opening of Norwalk, CT office: Robert Emilio, D.D.S. & Associates. Dental365 has locations in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Affordable Care’s Advanced Dental Implant Center network welcomes several new affiliations:

U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) is finishing out Q1 2024 with the announcement of five new partner practices, including one in Maryland, USOSM’s first partner practice in that state. Collectively, they include 10 surgeons and seven locations across five states. With the new additions, USOSM now has more than 230 surgeon partners across 27 states. The new partners are:

Sage Dental announced it has acquired Children’s Dentistry, a Tampa-based pediatrics dental practice. Children’s Dentistry, led by Dr. Gregory Stepanski, DDS, has served the New Tampa area for over 30 years. As part of Sage’s ongoing growth strategy, the acquisition marks its first official Sage Dental Kids location dedicated specifically to pediatrics and orthodontics, with plans to open additional Sage Dental Kids facilities in the future.
MB2 Dental introduced 12 new practices and welcomed 20 doctor partners across seven states in March. The company also announced its 700th practice milestone.

Tecum Capital Announces Investment in Five Point Dental Specialists. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, FPDS is a multi-specialty Dental Support Organization with practice specialties in orthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and endodontics. Tecum Capital is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based private investment firm deploying capital in lower middle-market companies.
Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics marked another significant milestone with a ribbon-cutting event at their new location at 7710 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Ste 120, Phoenix, AZ.
