The dental support organization (DSO) industry continues to see movement across leadership, operations, and clinical teams as organizations expand and professionals step into new opportunities. Here are several notable people moves across the DSO and dental group landscape for the month of March.

PDS Health® announced that Brett Bingham, MHA, has been named president of PDS Health Medical™, the medical support organization within PDS Health thahttp://www.pdshealth.com/ provides operational, clinical and technology infrastructure for a growing network of primary care practices. PDS Health Medical supports PDS Health’s long-term vision to advance integrated dental and medical care, grounded in the belief that oral health is essential to overall health.

In this role, Bingham will lead the strategic direction and operational growth of PDS Health Medical as it expands access to primary care across existing and new markets. Bingham brings experience building and scaling physician enterprises across multi-market organizations, with a track record in network development, growth strategy and value-based care. Most recently, he served in senior leadership roles at Banner Health, where he helped expand network capabilities and strengthen alignment between clinical performance and sustainable operations.


Rock Dental Brands‘ CFO & Chief Transformation Officer, Abhi Nyatee, was recognized in Arkansas Money & Politics (AMP) magazine’s annual C-Suite profiles. Abhi’s vision for Rock Dental Brands is all about solving problems differently. By bridging finance with technology, he has turned data into actionable insights that gives 110 clinics agility. Even more impressive is his purpose-driven approach to AI. Under his leadership, Rock has successfully automated numerous administrative processes over the past year—without a single job loss—allowing their workforce to support their growing footprint efficiently.


Dr. Katie Lee has been named Vice President of Education & Development here at North American Dental Group. An accomplished clinician, author of Saved By the Mouth, and a respected voice in the dental community, Dr. Lee brings a powerful combination of expertise, passion, and vision to this role. Her leadership will be instrumental in advancing education and elevating provider development across NADG.


Luke Rubenzer became the Director of Corporate Development at Imagen Dental Partners. He most recently held the title of VP at RX3 Growth Partners.


Rob Paxman moved into the position of Chairman for Todays Dental Group, with Simon Walker taking on the reins as CEO. Todays Dental Group is located in Taunton, England.

Katherine Bouma was promoted to Director, Learning & Development at Aspen Dental. She has been with the group for over six years.

Greg Wappett returned to 42 North Dental as their Chief Development Officer, leading our practice affiliations initiatives. Greg led their affiliation strategy from 2016-2021 and helped them add practices in new markets. He returns after five years leading growth initiatives in the ophthalmology field.

Alexis Deitch was promoted to Sales Development Manager at Shared Practices Group.

Dr. Michael Verber and Nate Erway of Verber Dental Group were the recipients of the 2026 Central Penn Business Journal Healthcare Heroes Awards. The Verber Dental Group partnership model is comprised of 12 distinct practices working together to leverage economies of scale. Dr. Anusha Patel joins the Association of Dental Groups (ADG) as its new Director of Clinical Affairs. This appointment comes following the departure of Catherine Rutland in March. Anusha Patel is a General Dental Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical expertise. She also plays an active role in mentoring the next generation of dental professionals, serving as a Foundation Trainer to dentists, hygienists, and therapists. The Association of Dental Groups (ADG) is the UK trade association representing more than 30 large and smaller dental groups.
