Espire Dental promoted James Zlotnick to Vice President of Operations. Zlotnick has spent more than seven years with the organization, beginning as Practice Manager of Espire’s third acquired office before moving into roles focused on growth, performance, integrations, technology implementation, and operations leadership.
Elliot Pobjoy joined 123Dentist as Vice President, Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Pobjoy brings experience across leadership, law, healthcare, media, and strategic planning.
Sevāredent Sourcing Solutions welcomed Matt Woodend as Membership Development Director. In this role, Woodend will lead growth initiatives by developing new GPO member relationships and engaging DSO and DPO executives around cost savings, standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency. He brings more than 20 years of dental industry leadership experience.
Andrew Sousa joined Specialty1 Partners as Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, Sousa will support the continued growth of the platform and work with dental specialists across the country.

Josh Ercolani joined Image Specialty Partners as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. Ercolani brings more than a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate development, and healthcare M&A, including prior business development and M&A leadership roles with Elevate Dental Partners and Gen4 Dental Partners.
My Community Dental Centers announced that Steven C. Hall has been selected as the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer. Hall brings more than 20 years of public health leadership experience and has served on MCDC’s Board of Directors since 2016, including as Board Chair from 2020 to 2025.
