Tamara Cook joined ICON Dental Partners as vice president of dental partnerships. Cook brings more than a decade of experience working with dental organizations and practice owners on growth, transitions and partnership opportunities.
MB2 Dental announced:
- Maddie Allardyce was promoted to VP of Strategy & Operations. She previously led their dental recruitment team for over five years. She also worked for DECA Dental Group for five years in various recruitment roles.
- Bob Ingersoll joined as the Director of Clinical Equipment. His focus will be working with the procurement and facilities teams to help MB2 partners equip their practices with high quality, reliable equipment and technology. Bob has also worked for Burkhart Dental Supply and Zimmer Biomet Dental.
Bruna Farah Giberti joined Signature Dental Partners as chief of staff through the Tyree & D’Angelo Partners‘ Executive Leadership Program. She brings more than 12 years of experience in business strategy, financial stewardship, client relationships and cross-functional leadership. Before joining Signature Dental Partners, she managed a portfolio of national enterprise clients at Groupon.
Aura Yapur began a new role as senior regional operations manager with Imagen Dental Partners. Yapur previously worked for Imagen Detnal Partners and for nearly 18 years held various operations leadership positions at Great Expressions Dental Centers.
Carlee Dewey announced a promotion at Oak Dental Partners, where she works on the organization’s marketing team. She will now hold the title of Director of Marketing Operations. She has also worked in marketing for Heartland Dental.
Arya Fakhimi announced a promotion at Imagen Dental Partners. Over the last four years as a regional operations manager, Arya has grown alongside the company as they expanded from around 40 practices to 130.
Joycelyn James joined My Community Dental Centers as their new Chief People Officer. Joycelyn joins MCDC with more than 20 years of experience leading people and culture efforts across organizations and mission-driven teams.
Tracy Ziskovsky joined 42 North Dental as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. Tracy brings over 15 years of experience leading enterprise marketing strategy across dental, dermatology, eye care, med spa, and healthcare technology organizations. In her role at 42 North Dental, Tracy will lead their marketing organization, support practice growth and enhance patient engagement.
American Dental Companies welcomed Brandon Anderson as their new Chief Development Officer. Most recently, he led corporate development and M&A initiatives, overseeing every stage of the transaction lifecycle—from deal sourcing and financial modeling to due diligence, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed more than 47 acquisitions, sourcing both proprietary opportunities and transactions through an extensive network of founders, investment banks, and advisors.
MAX Surgical Specialty Management announced several updates to its executive leadership structure. Founder Dr. Jason M. Auerbach was named chief executive officer, Jeffrey DeBellis was promoted to president and chief operating officer, and Jeffrey Couper will continue serving as chief financial officer. The leadership realignment comes as the surgeon-founded oral and maxillofacial surgery platform expands across the Northeast.
U.S. Oral Surgery Management was named one of the Dallas Business Journal’s fastest-growing companies for the third consecutive year. The recognition honors independent businesses headquartered in North Texas that have generated at least $10 million in annual revenue and demonstrated significant net revenue growth during the past three years.
Jeff Knudson was appointed chief financial officer of Smile Doctors. Knudson brings more than a decade of experience as a chief financial officer, with a career focused on helping multi-site organizations build the financial discipline and operational capabilities needed to scale successfully. Most recently, he served as CFO of National Veterinary Associates Group. Previously, he was CFO of publicly traded AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (NYSE: AMN) and At Home Group and held senior finance leadership roles at CVS Health, L Brands, Express Scripts and PwC.
Josh Ercolani has joined Image Specialty Partners as their new Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Image Specialty Partners, Josh held business development and M&A leadership roles with Elevate Dental Partners and Gen4 Dental Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions, negotiating partnership structures, leading due diligence processes, and collaborating with executive leadership teams and private equity sponsors to drive platform growth. Earlier in his career, Josh led M&A initiatives at WebPT, a healthcare technology company backed by Warburg Pincus, and developed his transaction and financial expertise as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Bethany Dietz took helm as Director, Corporate Recruitment at Dentalcorp, Canada’s largest network of dental practices. Before this promotion, Bethany Dietz was associated with Dentalcorp and Dawson Dental Centres.
Elliot Craig, CA, MBA, joined 123Dentist as Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to this role he worked in fiannce for Loblaw Companies Limited for over 16 years.
Aspen Dental was named to TIME’s inaugural list of America’s Best Private Companies for 2026. Aspen Dental ranked No. 195 among 500 companies and was the only dental services organization included on the list. The ranking, developed with Statista, considered employee satisfaction and company impact.
