Colleen Ayala joined Sage Dental as their new Vice President Revenue Management. Prior to this position, Colleen was the VP of Revenue at Frontline Dental Implant Specialist. She has also held positions at Change Healthcare, Empath Heath and CareStack.
Cal Dental USA announced the appointment of Dr. Ki Lee as its new Lead Dentist, succeeding Dr. Sean Sunyoto. With 19 years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Ki Lee is fluent in English, Spanish, and Korean, Dr. Lee reflects the diversity of the patients Cal Dental USA serves across its network of offices. Earlier this year, Dr. Lee engaged with the team during the annual Glidewell DSO Meeting, where he shared his vision that reinforced Cal Dental USA’s commitment to innovation and patient-centered care.
Tiffany Howerton, RDH, joined Peak Dental Servies as Senior Director of Hygiene Operations. She spent the last 11+ years worked in hygiene operations positions at Heartland Dental where she mentored thousands of clinical professionals and managing large-scale operations.
Sonrava Health announced the following appointments:
- Judd Tirnauer joined as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Judd served as Chief Financial Officer at California Pizza Kitchen, where he played a key role in guiding the organization through a critical transition. Prior to that, he was CFO at Backcountry, where he built high-performing teams and successfully led the company through two transactions.
- Jared Baker joined Chief Growth Officer. He will report directly to CEO Preet Takkar. Throughout his career, Baker has held leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations such as Orangetheory Fitness, Amazon, Freshly, and Kraft Heinz. In these roles, he led cross-functional initiatives to expand access, refine engagement models, and elevate brand experiences.
Bond Orthodontic Partners welcomed Chelsi Dall as their Director of Operations. Prior to Bond, Chelsi worked in various operations positions at Specialty Dental Brands. Bond is headquartered in Frisco, TX and was founded in 2021.
Mark Sivers was promoted from Treasurer to President at The American Academy of Dental Group Practice (AADGP). AADGP was founded in 1974 to provide a unified, national voice for the special interests of dental group practices, serve as a liaison to other national dental organizations, provide public recognition for the high quality of care that groups provide, offer professional improvement opportunities, provide an opportunity for peer contact and networking, present a sense of “identity” for groups everywhere.
Mark O’Brien has spent the past four years growing the Australian-based Impression Dental Group, increasing practice revenue ninefold, while building an industry-leading patient experience reflected in an NPS consistently above 92. Under his leadership, IDG has cultivated a culture recognized as one of the best places to work. During Mark’s tenure, the group also became the first international organization to receive the Group Dentistry Now Emerging Groups to Watch award. His final day with IDG will be October 31, 2025.
Shaun Wilde was promoted to Director of Business Development at mydentist (UK). As Europe’s largest dental care provider, they have a network of nearly 600 dental practices.
