Tusk Practice Sales DSO Deals July 2026


Nuvia Dental Implant Center expanded with two new locations in August. The group opened a center serving The Woodlands area in Conroe, Texas, on August 5 and followed with its first Rhode Island location in Johnston on August 19.


Qualitas Dental Partners announced a new partnership with a longstanding general dental practice in Central Rhode Island, further expanding its network across Southern New England. Qualitas Dental Partners is a doctor-owned dental partnership based in Southern New England.


North American Dental Group has opened its second Northpoint Dental Co. de novo location, this one in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. The first Northpoint Dental Co. location is in Hixson, Tennessee.


Modern Micro Endodontics opened its ninth New Jersey office in Englewood Cliffs, following a transition of ownership from longtime Englewood Cliffs endodontist Dr. Anthony Fasciano, DMD. Modern Micro Endodontics, founded and led by Dr. Vivian Graham, DDS, is a specialty endodontic practice serving patients throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.


Sage Dental expanded its Tampa Bay presence through the acquisition of nine Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry practices. Sage also continued its de novo growth with two new South Carolina locations: Sage Dental of Mount Pleasant and Sage Dental of Fort Dorchester in North Charleston, as well as Sage Dental of Four Corners, Clermont, FL


Specialized Dental Partners welcomed:


Aspen Dental added two supported practices in North Carolina. A new Elkin practice is led by Dr. Tracy Redden, while the new Selma location is led by Dr. Mohammad Spouh.

Aspen Dental also opened its second location in Punta Gorda, FL, at 26280 Jones Loop Road, expanding access to tooth replacement and emergency dental care for patients on the south side of town and throughout Charlotte County. The practice is independently owned and operated by Raymond D. Dixon, DMD, who owns and operates several Aspen Dental practices across Southwest Florida. Marc Rabideau, DMD serves as the practice’s managing clinical director. The new office will hold its first Day of Service on November 7, 2026. Learn more HERE.


Imagen Dental Partners added Laughlin Dental in Pasadena, Texas, to its DPO community. The practice, led by Dr. Lloyd Laughlin, has served patients in southeast Houston since 1996.


Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics continued its expansion in Arizona with its Glendale practice, bringing the dental group to more than 51 locations.


Innovate 32 partnered with Post Oak Dental in Houston, Texas. The transaction brings the established Houston practice into Innovate 32’s growing network while supporting its continued growth and clinical focus.


Phase 1 Equity entered North Dakota through the addition of a multi-site orthodontic practice. The partnership marks the platform’s fourth practice addition of 2026 and brings its network to 23 doctors and 33 locations.


Park Dental Partners entered into an agreement to acquire Village Family Dental DSO in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The multi-specialty group adds 48 doctors and will expand Park Dental Partners into its fourth state. The transaction is expected to close later in 2026. The group also announced their second quarter 2026 results.


PDS Health opened 9 de novo dental practices. The leading integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,100 offices in 24 states.

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is seeking state approval to acquire Northeast Ambulatory Center in Stoneham, Massachusetts, for $3.8 million. If approved, the transaction would give Blue Cloud its first ambulatory surgery center in Massachusetts and convert the facility to dental surgery.


Ladd Dental Group, Inc., a portfolio company of Lead Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of Rushville Family Dental, a dental practice serving patients in Rushville, Indiana. This strategic partnership further expands LADD Dental Group’s presence across Indiana


North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery is expanding with a new South Hills location at 363 Vanadium Road in Pittsburgh, opening September 8. The new office marks the oral surgery group’s first expansion in some time, with several additional locations already on the horizon as NPOS enters its next phase of growth.


Corus Orthodontics welcomed Viva Orthodontics led by Doctor-Partners Dr. Jason Gallant and Dr. Kimberly Hodder, along with Associate Doctor, Dr. Sayeh Ehsani. Based in Metro Vancouver, Viva Orthodontics is a family practice with four locations across Surrey, Coquitlam and New Westminster.


Silver Creek Dental Partners welcomed Dr. Priyanka Assudani and her team at The Smile Artists. Siver Creek is a boutique California-based DSO.


Rock Dental Brands partnered with TLC Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Tampa, Florida. The practice is led by pediatric dentist Dr. Dwight Sanjuan and orthodontist Dr. Robertzon Guloy.


Affordable Care completed a strategic financial transaction that reduced its debt by approximately $1 billion, provided $75 million in new capital and extended debt maturities to 2031. Founded in 1975, Affordable Care, LLC serves 380+ affiliated practices in 39 states. For its flagship brand, Affordable Dentures & Implants, Affordable Care provides non-clinical services to help supported practices deliver affordable, high-quality dentures and dental implant solutions to patients nationwide.

U.S. Oral Surgery Management secured a partnership with Cottonwood Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Led by Dr. Joyce A. Jeffries, the practice becomes USOSM’s third partnership in New Mexico.


Shared Practices Group continued the expansion of its dental implant center network with Slidell Dentures & Implants in Louisiana and Harlem Dentures & Implants in New York. The 48-location group also announced a strategic minority investment from M-One Capital. Read more HERE.


Straine acquired Bird Dental Studio in Idaho Falls, Idaho, led by Dr. Jayson Bird. The acquisition marks Straine’s entry into Idaho and expands its dentist-owned, dentist-led network into its 17th state.


Impression Dental Group welcomed Kingston Beach Dental in Tasmania, marking the group’s entry into the state. The addition expands Impression Dental Group’s Australian network to 40 locations.


Seva Dental Team partnered with Meister Dental Group, expanding its presence in Ohio. Meister Dental Group is led by Dr. Brian Meister and serves patients in the greater Cincinnati market, including Harrison.
