National Dentex Labs announced the addition of Andrew Davis as Senior Director of National Accounts. Andrew’s extensive experience in the Healthcare industry, including a decade-long tenure at Johnson & Johnson, positions him perfectly to further develop and grow strategic partnerships with DSO groups, universities, government organizations and institutions. His diverse business experience will be instrumental in providing tailored support and innovative solutions based on the needs of customers. As the largest lab network in the US, NDX is committed to fostering strong and enduring relationships, offering a local lab experience with national capabilities for its customers.
Guardian Dentistry Partners Promoted:
- Jeremy Smith to Director of Hygiene. With over two decades of experience in the dental field, Jeremy has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of best practices, innovative technologies, and patient-centered care methodologies. As a lead hygienist, Clinical Director for two thriving dental practices, and most recently, the GDP Regional Hygiene Team Lead for the DC/Maryland/Virginia region, he comes with a proven track record in various leadership roles.
- Bryan J. Goodluck to Senior Director of Operations – Maryland/DC/Virginia. Before this promotion, Bryan was their Director of Operations. He has also held executive level positions at Akeso Oral Surgery and Affordable Care. He began his career in dental at Zimmer Biomet as a Territory Manager
- Ephy Weinberg to Senior Director of Operations MI and NY. Prior to his promotion, Ephy was Director of Operations MI and NY. He was also a General Manager at My Family Dental Centers of Michigan.
Park Dental Partners announced that Brian Zard has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. A 12-year veteran of Park Dental Partners, Zard had previously been Senior Director of Corporate Development, a role he had held since 2020. In his new role, he will supervise Park Dental Partners’ four Regional Directors of Operations and two Specialty Directors of Operations.
InterDent welcomed Shane McCarthy as their new Chief Operating Officer. InterDent is a dental service organization with over 150 affiliated dental offices serving over one million patients each year. Gentle Dental is its principal brand. Prior to InterDent, Shane held a number of executive roles in business development and operations at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. He has also held manager positions at Pacific Dental Services and Nobel Biocare.
Tom Rimmer began a new position, VP Strategic Partnerships, at Smile Source. Prior to joining Smile Source, Tom worked in various business and strategic development roles at On Demand Orthodontist, SurfCT, KLOwen Braces, Hu-Friedy and Henry Schein. Founded in 2006, Smile Source® is a private practice dental community. It is headquartered in Kingwood, TX.
Star Dental Partners welcomed Monica Bustamante as their Senior VP of Operations. Prior to this, Monica was Dental Business Consultant at Straumann Group. She has also held operations positons at DentalOne Partners and Pacific Dental Services. Star Dental Partners is headquartered in Plano, TX. They are exclusively focused on the Southeastern U.S., across 13 states, from MD southwest to TX.
Lindsay Kessleman became new Senior Director of Business Development at Specialized Dental Partners. With an extensive background in the dental industry, she has led new market expansion for DSO acquisitions. She most recently worked for Star Dental Partners as their Director of Business Development. She has also held sales positions at Straumann Group, Heraeus Kulzer and ADP.
Jerry Asamoah appointed new Chief Operating Officer at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. He joins the DSO from Straumann Group where he was their Chief Financial Officer, NA. He also held a VP of CFO positions at Dentsply Sirona. ClearChoice recently celebrated the opening of the 100th location in their network. Learn more here.
Corus Orthodontists appointed Tracy Moawad as VP of Operations – Practice Operations. Tracy is a renowned expert in orthodontics, an instructor, thought leader, and industry speaker. With her extensive experience spanning over 25 years, she’ll lead their team of Regional Managers and provide support for their practices across North America. Corus Orthodontics was founded in 2019 by, and is primarily owned and financed by, orthodontic specialists.
Sean Gantley was promoted to Chief Financial Officer at DECA Dental Group. Prior to this promotion, he held other executive level finance positions at DECA. He has also worked for PwC, the US Department of Defense and Merrill Lynch. DECA Dental Group is a Dallas-based, clinician founded and clinician led, dental service organization that has been delivering dental care to patients since 2008. DECA is actively expanding its footprint coast-to-coast under the brand Ideal Dental.
Eric Nuss joined Optimize Practice Services. Eric’s career highlights include spearheading growth initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, and providing impactful leadership. As their Director of Business and Financial Education, Eric will develop educational experiences that empower healthcare professionals and enhance their practices. Optimize Practice Services offer consulting services to dentists.
Delfi Nieto joined 42 North as their Chief People Officer. Delfi will lead their people strategy which includes refining their employee experience. Prior to joining the DSO, Delfi worked in HR at CorEvitas, Stratus Technolgies, and NEC Technologies. 42 North Dental supports 100+ practices from Maine to Michigan.
Gen4 Dental Partners welcomed Jackie Holloway as Revenue Cycle Management Director. Jackie brings 23 years of experience in dentistry, with a focus on revenue cycle management and leadership for the past decade. Jackie oversees the operational intricacies of revenue cycle management, including centralized and non-centralized offices, patient and insurance refunds, and our centralized eligibility offshore/onshore teams. Gen4 Dental Partners has 100+ locations across 15 states.
Michelle Cruz joined Sonrava Health as Director of Operations. Prior to working for the national family of health and wellness companies, Michelle was Regional Manager at Elite Dental Partners. She began her dental career as an office manager at American Dental Centers. Sonrava Health is a geographically diverse, multi-specialty organization comprised of regional brands and affiliates across 21 states: Western Dental & Orthodontics, Western Dental Kids, Brident Dental & Orthodontics, DentalWorks, Perfect Teeth, Vital Smiles, and LooksBrite Optometry Centers.
Megan Forrest joined Chord Specialty Dental Partners (formerly Spark Dental Managment) as Senior Director, Procurement & Buidling Services. Prior to joining the group, she held various procurement positions at Specialty Dental Brands. Chord Specialty Dental Partners supports more than sixty specialty oral health practices spanning six states, with an acute focus on pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, and ambulatory surgery centers.
OMS360 promoted Gavin Morton to VP, Doctor Success and Recruitment. He had been their VP of Operations and before that their VP of People & Culture. He has also worked for HR.com and Forj. OMS360 brings strategic resources to Oral Maxillofacial Surgery practices. They are headquartered in Alpharetta, GA and was founded in 2021.
Mimi Godin was promoted to Director of Dental Hygiene & Clinical Development at dentalcorp. Prior to the promotion, Mimi was involved in various category development positions. She is also an educator at Oral Science. She began her dental career as an RDH at Nish Dental Clinic in British Columbia, Canada. dentalcorp is Canada’s largest network of dental practices
mydentist (UK) promoted Nick Marston to Clinical Commerical Officer. Nick has also held executive level Private and Specialist roles at the UK-based DSO which is Europe’s largest dental care provider. They have a network of nearly 600 dental practices and 3,000 clinicians. They employ a total of 6000+ employees across the UK. They have a Manchester-based support center and a dental academy.
