Meghan Herwehe promoted to Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at ClearChoice Dental Implants Centers. Meghan’s unique experience as both the VP of Patient Experience in the CCT and Division President of the Northeast gives her a great perspective on how to grow the business, leveraging the skills of the field and ClearChoice Management Services.
Five Point Dental Specialists Inc. (FPDS) appoints Terri Krauss as new CEO. With a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the DSO sector, Terri brings a wealth of experience and expertise. Terri is a visionary leader with over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the dental space. Her strategic acumen, coupled with a deep understanding of market dynamics, will play a pivotal role in continuing FPDS’ growth. Sonrava Health announced that Jon Morgan joined as Chief Revenue Operations Officer. Sonrava Health is a national family of health and wellness companies – including differentiated dental office brands, dental and vision benefit plans, provider networks, and consumer products and services. Jon comes to Sonrava Health with more than twenty years of experience leading teams across multiple industries, including revenue cycle, information technology, and operations. Recently, he was the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President over Revenue Cycle for 42 North, a Dental Services Organization based in New England, supporting more than two dozen practice brands in over 100 locations.
James (Jim) Eddy named Chief Operating Officer at Coast Dental. Jim brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role, amassed over his 24-year executive career. He has served in various executive positions such as CEO, COO, and CIO at the U.S. Intelligence Services and the Department of Defense, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Among his remarkable accomplishments, Jim spearheaded the creation of the Consolidated Global Financial Services Division for Citi, responsible for processing an unprecedented $600 billion in funds daily. Additionally, his instrumental role in advancing Aerial Communications from its early stages to a $250 million annual business contributed to its eventual acquisition by T-Mobile for a staggering $2 billion. Jim’s commitment to technological innovation has earned him prestigious awards, including the Verizon Personal Best Award, which he has won twice.
David North exited Pepperpoint Partnership and his position as COO for a CEO position at Squire Dental. David is a seasoned DSO executive having worked for Riccobene, Dental Care Alliance, Towncare Dental Partnerships, Mainstreet Children’s Dentistry and Ortho, and Castle Dental Centers.
Yasmine Karavattuveetil became Senior Director of Revenue Operations at IMAGE Specialty Partners. IMAGE Specialty Partners™ is based in San Francisco, California and is founded and built by dental providers. Prior to joining the West Sacramento, CA-based group, Yasmine worked in various RCM and operations positions at AirPay, dntl bar, Walmart, and Chicagoland Smile Group.
Lightwave Dental promoted Dennis Milford to Director of Talent Acquisition from Doctor Recruiting Manager. Dennis has also held recruitment positions at Smile Brands, Dental Care 24/7, and Aspen Dental. Based in Woodbridge, VA, Lightwave has dental practice partners across the Mid-Atlantic. It was founded in 2016.
Passion Dental Group made executive level announcements:
- Cameron Chabot became VP Partnerships. Prior to this position, Cameron worked for Patterson Dental/Dentaire Canada, 123 Dentist and Dentsply Sirona in various sales and product positions.
- Maria Hale, RDH, was promoted to VP Dental Hygiene Operations from Regional Hygiene Support Specialist. She was previously a dental hygienist at Affinity Dental Management.
Passion Dental Group is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and was founded in 2019. They currently have 23 nonbranded locations across Alberta.
George Maney became Chief Financial Officer at Spark Dental Management. Prior to this role, George was President and CFO at Meadows Behavior Healthcare. He was also CEO and CFO at Jefferson Dental Clinics. Spark has more than 70 locations across seven states. It is headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania and was founded in 2017.
Christy Englehart left her position as COO of Smile Brands Inc. for a COO position at PepperPointe Partnerships. Christy is a veteran in the DSO space, also having held COO positions at Marquee Dental Partners and Sage Dental. PepperPointe is based in Lexington, Kentucky and was founded in 2017 by Dr. Greg White.
Imagen Dental Partners welcomed Dr. Sameer Puri, of CDOCS Fame, as Chief Clinical Officer. He has over 25 years of experience in clinical practice and dental education. Daniel F Galindo DDS FACP became Chief Clinical Officer at Integrity Dental Services. Integrity Dental Services is a multi-location dental laboratory based in Duluth, Georgia. Dr. Galindo has a private practice limited to prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Scottsdale/Phoenix, AZ. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Galindo is a Member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, American Prosthodontic Society, Academy of Osseointegration and a member of American and Arizona Dental Associations. He is a faculty member in the Prosthodontic Department at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health and has published scientific articles in peer-reviewed dental journals related to prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
