David Jordan, CPA
Tom Eicke, MBA, MS, RN
Dental365 announced the addition of two key members to the company’s senior leadership team to focus on the continued growth of the DSO. Thomas Eicke, former president of ValueHealth, LLC and NueHealth, LLC based in Leawood, Kansas now serves as president and David Jordan, an experienced leader who has held financial leadership positions at several esteemed companies such as CVS Pharmacy, Sears and JC Penney has joined as CFO. Jordan joined the leadership team in June of 2022, charged with tracking the company’s cash flow and strategically leading the company’s financial planning. His background includes the successful completion of two sale transactions to larger private equity sponsors and he has helped take two companies public via IPO events. President Thomas Eicke is charged with leading all non-clinical affairs of the Company. Thomas started his career in the healthcare sector as a Registered Nurse, then earned his Master’s in Anesthesia and practiced as a Board-Certified Nurse Anesthetist. He later advanced into management and leadership positions in the healthcare space while earning his MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Eicke has a wealth of experience in M&A, De Novos, building out new markets and overseeing Operations, Marketing, IT, Legal, and HR teams.
Jenny York has joined Lightwave Dental as the senior director of partnerships. In her role she will grow their community of practices through acquisitions, partnerships & joint ventures. She has been a business development leader for over 15 years developing and managing robust sales pipelines and relationships. Prior to joining the DSO, Jenny was senior director of business development at National Veterinary Associate. Based in Woodbridge, VA, with an alliance of dental practice partners across the Mid-Atlantic, Lightwave was founded in 2016 by Justin Jory, CEO.
Randi Farinola joins Signature Dental Partners as their Director of Procurement. Prior to joining Signature, Randi was the director of procurement at Lone Peak Dental Group. Prior to that she worked in account management for both Crosstex International and Dentsply Sirona. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Signature Dental Partners is dentist-founded and led DSO. Signature Dental Partners is actively investing in and affiliating with leading dentists throughout the West. The group is led by Chet Jenkins, DDS, Founder and CEO.
Justin Williams joins Specialty Dental Brands as their new senior director of marketing. Prior to joining the specialty DSO, Justin held various marketing positions at Align Technology. Before that he was a product manager at Convergent Dental. Specialty Dental Brands is a niche support organization focused exclusively on building a network of specialty dental practices: pediatric, orthodontics, oral surgery and endodontics. The DSO was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. The group is led by Michael Schwartz, CEO.
Norma Adams becomes chief operating officer at Fuller Smiles. Prior to joining Fuller Smiles, Norma was the director of sales and marketing and the VP of marketing at West Coast Dental Services. Before that she was business manager at Western Dental Services. Fuller Smiles provides general and cosmetic dentistry services at multiple locations in California and New York. The emerging dental group is headquartered in Culver City, California.
Juan Colombi becomes vice president of business development at West Coast Dental Services. Prior to joining the DSO, Juan was the director of transition success at Smile Brands Inc. Before that he was director of training at Western Dental. The group started in 1991 when a group of dental professionals saw the need for multi-specialty dental care in many communities throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The DSO has 40+ locations throughout Southern California with two more opening this fall.
Terrence Minter joins MINT Dentistry as their senior HR business partner. Prior to joining MINT, he was the senior HR business partner at Arbor Diagnostics. Before that he was HR manager at Perimeter Heathcare. MINT dentistry is known for their “SEXY TEETH” billboards. They offer general dentistry, orthodontics and oral surgery services. They also have their own dental assistant academy called PURE. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the DSO was founded in 2009 by Dr. Field Harrison.
Roxanne (Tompkins) McKinley starts a new position as VP of integrations at Frontline Dental Implant Specialists. Prior to starting with the specialty DSO, Roxanne was director of transitions at North American Dental Group. She was also regional manager at Aspen Dental and a practice manager at Dental Care Partners. Headquartered in Dallas, TX and founded in 2022, Frontline is a national support organization focused exclusively on partnering with dental implant-driven practices. The DSO is led by Leigh Feenburg, CEO.
Robert Manning has joined U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) as a vice president of business development. In his new position, Manning will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of USOSM by seeking out new surgeon partners and ensuring a smooth transition during the partnership process. During his career, Manning has participated in more than 100 M&A transactions in various locations throughout the country, encompassing a variety of enterprise values, market locations and specialties. Manning has held a number of high-profile positions, such as vice president of business development for US Renal Care, where he managed joint venture partnerships with nephrologists and dialysis clinics. Headquartered in Irving, Texas, USOSM has partner practices spanning 21 states. The DSO is led by Richard Hall, CEO.
