TUSK Practice Sales advised Dr. Bradley Trotter, owner of Hampton Oral & Facial Surgery located in Hampton, Virginia, in his sale to SALT Dental Partners.
Corus Orthodontists Inc., a privately held leading North American orthodontic partnership network, announced a C$20 million institutional equity investment led by ATB Financial’s Private Equity arm with a co-investment from a Canadian family office. This inaugural institutional investment marks an important milestone in the evolution of Corus’ partnership model. It is consistent with Corus’ approach to providing progressive equity liquidity to its existing shareholders and further positions Corus to invest in its practices, people, and future Doctor-Partners. Corus Orthodontists Inc. is a privately held North American orthodontic partnership network with locations across Canada and the United States.
MAX Surgical Specialty Management is expanding its New Jersey footprint through a new partnership with Dr. William G. Ranucci and the addition of his Montclair-based practice, Oral & Maxillofacial Associates of Montclair, as the 10th Riverside Oral Surgery location. Founded in 2022, the surgeon-led platform also welcomed Drs. Vincent Carrao and Kenneth Press.
Valleygate Dental Surgery Centers announced the opening of a new location in Wilmington, NC. Valleygate Dental Surgery Centers are the first dental-only ambulatory surgery centers in North Carolina. Their mission is to help patients live healthier lives. With centers currently in Fayetteville, Greensboro and Charlotte, they are also planning to expand into South Charlotte, Garner.
Guardian Dentistry Partners welcomed a new partner, Dr. Manisha Ghodke, Crossroads Family Dental in Cary, NC. Founded in 2018, Guardian has expanded rapidly and now supports dental entrepreneurs in Alabama, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
Broadway Dental in Vancouver, BC, and led by Dr. Khai Pham, joined Passion Dental Group. Passion Dental was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.
Innovate 32 announced its partnership with Trivette Osborne & Associates, DDS, PLLC, a provider of dental services in Knoxville, Tennessee. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Josh Johnson and Innovate’s Board of Directors, the Company continues to expand its network throughout the South and Mid-Atlantic. Trivette Osborne & Associates was founded in Knoxville in 1963 by Dr. Lawrence W. Trivette, Jr.
Wingspire Capital provided a $45 million senior secured credit facility to an undisclosed dental services organization. Wingspire Capital is a portfolio company of Blue Owl Capital Corporation (NYSE: OBDC). OBDC is externally managed by Blue Owl Credit Advisors LLC, an indirect affiliate of Blue Owl Capital, Inc. (NYSE: OWL).
Headquartered in Houston, TX, Specialty1 Partners has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years. The group announced new strategic partnerships with:
- The Specialty Center for Periodontics & Dental Implants, based in the Atlanta metro area.
- Advanced Periodontics Implant Center, Rancho Mirage, California, led by periodontist Dr. Ellie Love.
- Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of South Texas, led by Dr. Francisco Perez, Edinburg, Texas
Imagen Dental Partners welcomed:
- Campbell Dental of Cedar Park, Texas, led by Dr. Jarrod Campbell.

In February, PDS Health opened three de novo dental practices. The leading integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states.

The Smilist announced their newest affiliation, Arlington Dental Team in Arlington, VA. The Smilist has over 110 locations in CT, DE, MA, MD, NJ, NY, PA & VA.
King Endodontics has officially merged with Northwest Dental Specialists. King Endo has one location in Niles, IL. Northwest Dental Specialists has two Illinois locations. It is led by Dr. who is a partner at Specialized Dental Partners (formerly U.S. Endo Partners) and serves on the Clinical Advisory Board. Founded in 2018 with a focus on endodontics, the organization supports more than 300 specialists in 34 states from coast to coast and is now thrilled to also welcome periodontists and oral maxillofacial surgeons to its community.
Sage Dental announced a new location in Farragut, Tennessee. The dental group headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, has well over 140 practice locations across the southeastern US.
SALT Dental Partners opened the doors to their newest de novo practice in Brunswick, Maryland, Smile Station Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics. SALT has 173+ practices in 20 states.
Offering a luxury experience, Tooth Club has announced a new office in Croydon, UK. The Tooth Club is headquartered in Loughton, Essex, England. The UK-based group now has 19 locations.
