SALT Dental Partners opened two de novo offices:
- Smile Vista Kids Dental & Orthodontics, Denver CO
- Smile Horizon Orthodontics, Northwest Washington DC
Archway Dental Partners is expanded its New York footprint through a strategic partnership with Valhalla Dental, led by Dr. Virginia Turner. This acquisition marks another key milestone in Archway’s growth and furthers its mission to support practices across the Northeast.
Lone Peak Dental Group, a pediatric-focused dental support organization, announced the acquisition of AZ Family & Kid’s Dental, a pediatric dental practice located in Phoenix, Arizona. This acquisition marks an exciting expansion for Lone Peak Dental Group with 5 practices now in the Phoenix and Mesa region.
Phase 1 Equity, a doctor-owned, doctor-led, and doctor-governed platform for orthodontists and pediatric dentists, welcomed another multi-site orthodontic practice based in Texas to its growing network. This marks Phase 1 Equity’s third practice added in 2026, its third practice in Texas, and its 21st doctor to join the platform. This addition brings total locations to 31 for the platform.
Qualitas Dental Partners has increased its credit acquisition facilities with its long-term partner, Live Oak Bank. The larger credit facilities support future practice partnerships across Southern New England. The expanded acquisition resources complement Qualitas’ recent investments to enlarge existing practices and bring more dentists to the region.

Heartland Dental’s May de novo openings span across Florida and Illinois, including:

Heartland Dental affiliated with three supported offices:

Smile Partners USA continued national footprint growth as it announced:
- the Grand Opening of Palos Park Modern Dentistry (formerly Perfect Smiles), led by Dr. Dana Akawi and located in Palos Park, IL
- its expansion into Massachusetts, their seventh market, by partnering with MFD Dental. This marks an important milestone. MFD Dental is comprised of six practices in six communities in Massachusetts: Acton, Drum Hill, Nashoba, Maynard, Lakeview, and Leominster.
Apex Dental Partners has welcomed a new group of Equity Partners. In addition to leading their practices, Equity Partners participate in Apex’s Profit Share Program, which allows doctors to benefit from the success of their individual practice. Additionally, the group continued its strategic growth with the addition of five new affiliated practices in Colorado, expanding its presence in the state to 12 locations and bringing its total network to 65 practices across eight states. Apex has been recognized by Inc. 5000 for six consecutive years.
U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) has secured a new partnership with Hudson Valley Oral Surgery PLLC of New York. Hudson Valley Oral Surgery is a full-scope OMS practice with three locations in the Hudson Valley area of New York. They are located in Yorktown Heights, Fishkill and Newburgh. The practice is led by Ali Payami, DMD, MD – a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon.
In May, PDS Health opened 5 de novo dental practices. The leading integrated healthcare support organization has demonstrated steady growth and continued expansion and now supports more than 1,000 offices in 24 states.

Shared Practices Group announced it has entered its 26th state with the opening of Wichita Dentures and Implants in Kansas.
Oral Surgery Partners welcomed Dr. Jonathan Redditt of Rochester, New York.
Sage Dental officially welcome patients to their new Sage Dental Kids of East Orlando location.
Thaddeus Cartere DMD’s Apexx Dental Group acquired its second private practice, Forest Edge Dental Care, located in Woodland Park, Colorado. Apexx Dental Group is the founding entity behind the Dentist Equity Syndicate (DES)—which they say is the first decentralized dental ownership platform.
MSH Alliance welcomed a two-practice group in Toledo, Ohio.
Damira Dental Studios opened a brand-new NHS practice in Thetford, Norfolk, England.
