- Located in Oxnard, California, Clark & Patel Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is led by William J. Clark, DDS, MD and Brijesh Patel, DDS, MD.
- Gulf Coast Oral and Facial Surgery has locations in Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Pascagoula and Orange Grove, Mississippi. The practice is led by Thomas B. Zakkak, DDS and Robert T. Watts, Jr., DMD.

Premier Care Dental Management Expands
- The group recently announced its partnership with Dr. Joel Picard, DDS of Woonsocket, RI. The marks the 6th practice in Rhode Island and 112th for the DSO.
- Leading Edge Oral Surgery, a division of Premier Care Dental Management, recently added Bay Shore Oral Surgery. Bay Shore is the 9th office to join Leading Edge Oral Surgery on Long Island.

Sonrava Health’s Family of Wellness Companies Expands:
- Western Dental Opens New Los Angeles County Office in San Pedro. This new office is led by Dr. Janice Cheng. It marks the latest of Western Dental’s 80 offices in Los Angeles County. Western Dental has more than 270 offices across California, Arizona, and Nevada.
- Brident Dental & Orthodontics announced the opening of a new office in Pearland, Texas.
Grand Opening of Affordable Dentures & Implants in Bradenton, Florida

The DSO announced the addition of another partnered practice, in the Rockwall, TX area. CarolinasDentist to Open Newest Location in Winston-Salem
CarolinasDentist, a homegrown North Carolina-based dental practice, announced the grand opening of its newest office in Winston-Salem. With the new location at 3340 Tabor Place Court in Winston-Salem, CarolinasDentist will have 12 convenient locations across the state. The Winston-Salem office is led by Dr. Olivia Pilon.
Espire Dental Expands Its Footprint With Recent Southern California Dental Practice Acquisition
Espire Dental, a doctor-led Integrated Dental Organization (IDO), announced the recent acquisition of La Costa Dental Group in Encinitas, CA. Dr. Omer Anisso, D.D.S. is the owner of La Costa Dental which he began in 1975. The Integrated Dental Organization now owns and operates 21 locations in the western U.S. Tim Hill is the CEO.
Infinityblu Announces £400k Buy-Out of mydentist
UK-based mydentist has completed the £400,000 buy-out of a Galashiels practice – vowing to clear the waiting list caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Infinityblu Dental Care and Implant Clinic, founded by Chris Barrowman, finalized its acquisition of mydentist on Albert Place in early February.
Australian-Based Impression Dental Group has Partnered with 3 More Practices

Racine Dental Group Parters with Dental Care Alliance.
Racine Dental Group began in Racine, Wisconsin in the early 1960s when a small group of five dentists combined resources to form the area’s first group dentistry office. Since then, the group has grown to include 13 general dentists, three pediatric dentists, one oral surgeon, two endodontists and one periodontist. Patients are seen in one of 85 operatory rooms within the 65,000 square foot facility. DCA currently supports over 390 allied practices and 900 dentists across 22 states. DCA was recently acquired by Abu Dhabi-based Mubadala Investment Company
