TUSK Practice Sales advised The Scarsdale Dentist in its sale to Archway Dental Partners.
TUSK Practice Sales advised The Smile Lodge in its sale to MB2 Dental.
TUSK Practice Sales advised Sturbridge Orthodontics in its sale to Corus Orthodontists.
Gold Coast Dental has expanded its presence to 19 locations across California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and Santa Barbara counties in California. The organization is led by Chief Executive Officer Alan Boval. They now have 20 locations across California, and 1 location in Dallas, Texas.
Silver Creek Dental Partners welcomed:
- Vista Dental Artz, Vista, CA, led by Ginger Hansen, DDS
- Mission Hills Family Dental, San Marcos CA, led by Dr. Nicolle Miller
- Coronado Dentistry, Coronado, CA, led by Dr. Alex Phillips
Allied OMS announced its entry into the Greater Austin market through a partnership with Heart of Texas Oral Surgery which is led by Dr. Jeff Alford. The expansion into Austin is part of Allied’s broader Texas strategy to establish a presence in every major metropolitan area, which already includes Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston.
Qualitas Dental Partners a dental group focused on New England, announced the additions of two general practices in Rhode Island. The group did not disclose the practice names.

SALT Dental Partners officially welcomed Lineberry Orthodontics and their two practices in Boise and Mountain, Idaho. SALT has 153 practices in 20 states.

Providence Dental Partners, an Emerging Group to Watch in 2025, welcomes Kennestone Dental Designs to their organization.
Archway Dental, an Emerging Group to Watch in 2023, expanded into New York with the addition of Advanced Dentistry of Scarsdale and Advanced Dentistry of Chappaqua, led by Dr. Steven Brisman, DMD. This partnership marks Archway’s entry into its second state. They also welcomed The Scarsdale Dentist, located in the heart of Westchester County, and Dr. Jeffrey Pike.
Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is opening up a new office in Lubbock, TX on Monday, October 27, 2025. This will be the DSO’s 50th location. It is led by CEO Dr. Saam Zarrabi.
MB2 Dental celebrated a major milestone by partnering with its 800th practice, while also welcoming seven new doctor partners and four additional practices across four states, bringing the total number of practices in 2025 to 47.

Phase 1 Equity, a doctor-owned, doctor-led, and doctor-governed platform for orthodontists and pediatric dentists, welcomed another multi-doctor orthodontic practice based in New Jersey to its growing network. This marks Phase 1 Equity’s seventh practice added in 2025, it’s 18th doctor to join the platform and brings total locations to 25.
SPP Dental Partners announced that Dr. Marc R. McRae, DDS, and Willow Springs Dental, which is located in southwest Las Vegas near Summerlin, has officially joined its growing network of doctor-led practices. This marks SPP’s second Las Vegas location and strengthens its footprint across five states: California, Washington, Idaho, Utah, and Nevada.
Dental After Hours, which is led by Dr. David Flynn, DDS and located in Bountiful, UT, was acquired by Platinum Dental Services.
Pearl Street Dental Partners welcomed Best Dental Family & Orthodontics of Richmond, TX. Pearl Street has 47+ practice locations, 101+ dentists, and 466+ team members. It is affiliated with practices across Texas and Oklahoma and headquartered in Dallas, TX.
Dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. (TSX: DNTL), Canada’s largest dental services organization, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by funds affiliated with GTCR LLC, a private equity firm. The transaction values Dentalcorp at approximately C$2.2 billion in equity and C$3.3 billion on an enterprise basis. Learn more about the terms of the agreement HERE.
Nemicik & Beers Family Dentistry, led by Dr. Michael Nemcik and Dr. Gregory Beers and located in Dublin, OH, was acquired by Seva Dental Team. This is their first practice in the Columbus market.
Heartland Dental announced the closing of a key transaction with Smile Design Dentistry, a female-founded, 60 practice DSO in Florida. The group also opened five de novo practices:

- Islandside Dental Care (FL)
- Meadow Farms Dental Care (NC)
- Dental Care on Lone Mountain (AZ)
- Dental Care on Holly Hill (FL)
Leap Kids Pediatric Dental, part of Rock Dental Brands, has opened a new clinic on Spring Street in Cabot, AR. The location combines the former Leap clinic on Main Street with Cabot Children’s Dentistry, bringing both teams together in one office. The clinic is led by Dr. Smith and Dr. Marsh and will continue to provide pediatric dental care to the community.
Viper Partners announced it represented SF Dental Group in a transaction with a strategic buyer to launch a new dental platform in California. SF Dental Group has five locations and 20 dentists.
Caneland Dental which is located in North Queensland, Australia, and led by Dr. Wael Assaf and Practice Manager Stevie Kitching, has joined Impression Dental Group.
Abbey House Dental has opened a new practice in Rugeley, expanding its reach across Staffordshire, UK. Founded by Drs Amit and Mumta Jilka, the four-location group now serves over 30,000 patients and was recently recognized at the 2025 Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce Business Awards.
